"Ordered two tees, one M and one XL.
Received the order quickly but I was sent a M and a 4XL.
I contacted them via instructions on the mailed receipt (lots of contact ports on their website, too), received a reply same day. By the following day, my new XL was shipped and on its way.
The quality of the tees, btw, were excellent!!

"I friggin LOVE THESE SHIRTS. the designs are UNIQUE and INTERESTING and COMPLIMENT-fueling and I use TeePublic for all my friends and family’s bdays. I not only get to feel proud of a dope **** gift but I get to see their faces when they rock a FIRE **** shirt.

They are comfy. Come in tons of styles and sizes and, like I said, the designs are unparalleled (believe me. I’ve tried TONS of online custom tshirt stores and these guys are second to none)

Finally I just had my first experience getting a shirt that was the wrong size (not their fault, but rather my boyfriend’s. He gained a lot of weight after being off work due to a motorcycle accident—don’t worry he’s fine—and playing video games 40 hours a week… plus OT Bahaha). Anyways. TeePublic sent me the correct size no problem AND let me keep the original shirts!!!! I never in a million years expected that kind of customer service. Now, he and I can wear matching Intial D shirts when we geek out over our project cars!!! Sure mine is way too big but that’s okay. His fits great now :):) and that’s what I wanted.

"The shirt I originally ordered was too small and not great quality. I contacted the company and was directed to different sizes and types of shirts that would fit better. They told me to keep the original shirt and within a week I had a new shirt that fits great and is of good quality.

"I had ordered 9 shirts and they all were awesome except one had the image a tiny bit crooked. I also accidentally ordered the wrong color of one shirt. I emailed them for an exchange as I didn’t mind returning them for the fix on the one and the correct color I wanted. They emailed me back and asked for a picture of the one that was a bit off. I sent it and was expecting a reply with my return authorization or whatever. Instead, I got an email saying they were sending out two new shirts for free! I also didn’t have to send the others back. I was totally shocked as this seems unheard of these days. My husband and I have ordered from them a few times already and never had a problem.
