"Ordered two shirts. They arrived quickly - looked and felt great! I ordered XL as gifts for my son but he lost a lot of weight recently and I hadn’t seen him. They were much too large, so sent the request form to exchange the sizes. I got a response within a couple of hours stating that the new sizes had already shipped. "After my girlfriend and I saw our first concert together, we wanted to find a shirt to commemorate the experience. We found what we were looking for at an attractive price from TeePublic. Women's shirt sizes, as the site cautioned and we later confirmed, can vary quite a bit depending on cut, so she made her best guess and we placed the order.

A short while later the shirt arrived and it looked great. Unfortunately, though, the size was a bit too small. This time we followed the website's guide on measurements for the specific cut of the shirt (female classic tee) to find out what size she needed. I then contacted customer service very late on a Saturday, and by Sunday morning I had a friendly response that a new shirt was already preparing for shipment.

"I ordered a t-shirt for my sister’s birthday. Received it and pulled it out of the bag (ooooh so soft!!!), but unfortunately immediately saw that it was one size too small for her. Bummer!!! So I reached out and asked about the procedure to start an exchange. I wake up, check my email and see there is an order confirmation for the next size up…at no charge!! What?!? Who does that?
