"Despite three phone calls and an email, all where customer reps assured me the change of address I placed one minute after the original order, I never received the confirmation email I was promised, the tax refund I was assured. and today they delivered the flowers to the wrong state. Usually takes about 45min to an hour to get "service" which has consistently proven to be worthless. "This company couldn't care less about its customers, and they made that crystal clear to me during my last-ever order with them in December.
I ordered flowers for my mother--who was very ill--on December 20 in the morning and paid the express fee to have the flowers delivered to her the next day. That night I received an email notification saying, "Unfortunately, we were unable to place your order for delivery on the requested day. So we may expedite your flower delivery, please reply to this email with an alternate delivery date." No phone call? All the other florists I've dealt with at least have this courtesy.
So I called Teleflora customer service the next morning to see what could be done. The rep told me she could not get an order placed until the following day and couldn't give me an estimated time of delivery or even an exact delivery date. She said, "It may be this day, or it may be that day." When I started to say how disappointed I was with this experience, the rep hung up on me. I'm not kidding.
I called back and talked to another rep who was equally as callous. She set the order date for the next day and said she could guarantee the date of delivery but not the window with which it could be delivered. When I asked to be refunded for the express delivery fees, she refused. Again, when I began to ask what could be done, the rep cut me off and said, "Ok, great, thanks for your order. Bye!"
I had to file a claim with PayPal in order to get my delivery fees of $15.99 back.
P.S. The flower bouquet, when it was finally delivered, had 50% less flowers in it than the photo on the website showed. I am telling everyone I know to use another company over this one. They absolutely wreak.

Nothing showed up and the flower company the order went to had no record of the transaction. This was a special occasion, and they categorically didn't come through. This was done through their website findaflorist.com (which lists Teleflora as the owner)."
"Hi, I am a guy that decided to buy flowers for someone special during a non holiday week from Teleflora. My order came on time and was just like described on their website. I got to admit I was a bit nervous after reading all the negative reviews online, but it worked out great for me. Would I buy from them again? not during the holidays. "
"My wife received low quality flowers for valentines day this year from Teleflora. Order was almost $100 (had a 25% off coupon) but the flowers were of such quality that you could have got the same flowers for $10 at the local grocery store. Taking to service on any type of refund involved first trying to give me a coupon, then a partial refund then another partial refund. Then a few policy changes on when I had to report the low quality flowers, first was a week. The when I provided a email (that they did not get) within 4 days the policy got changed to 72 hours with a max partial refund. So after a week of going back and forth with service, I gave up and filed a dispute with paypal.
Please avoid Teleflora at all cost. I've had good luck with Ftd florists in the past.

"So I ordered from Teleflora after I got this coupon. Very simple flowers to be delivered to my wife at work. Just after the order I thought to check resellerrating. Guess what. Everybody gave bad reviews. So I hoped for the best. On Valentines Day at 3:00 pm, I learned no flowers were delivered, so I called Teleflora to check up. The rep. said they deliver all flowers by 5:00 and mine would be delivered. I remained optimistic. At 5:00 I spoke to my wife and she said nothing of the flowers, so I asked. She said she got nothing and checked around to see if they were delivered. They were not delivered. Go figure. I called back and asked for a refund. They said they would. I hope so because those flowers were never delivered. They have promised me a refund, but I see no evidence of a refund and we are 3 days out. I am still optimistic. No telling what I must do next. When it comes to occasions when men buy flowers, it is usually very important that they get there on a certain day. Do not rely upon this outfit to get the flowers to you. They did not deliver. "
"I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) online. I suggest everyone does the same because they currently have an "A" rating which is the highest available and obviously doesn't reflect the service this company is providing. I too ordered a bouquet for delivery on Valentine's Day that never arrived and it wasn't until two full days later that I received an email telling me it never was delivered. They "graciously" offered to schedule a new delivery, which is a ton of help since Valentine's Day has passed and the damage is done. My loved ones were expecting these. My money has also not been refunded yet."
"I ordered flowers for 02/13/2012, and Teleflora just did not deliver the order to my wife, then some woman called my wife and said that she has a surprise for her, and wanted to confirm address, come on who calls before making a surprise? Stupid! I gave you the correct address!!! Anyway she did not show up on Valentines day, Customer service does not respond to emails and does not pick the phone, finally next 02/15 they delivered the flowers, but who needs them next day.

"I placed an order for Valentines day. Paid extra dollars for a guaranteed delivery on that day....the flowers did not get there, and they would not pick up the phone or provide any info on tracking on that day. Next day, they just had no idea where my order was, they did not seem to be apologetic for ruining my day, instead offered me a discount for next time..yeah right..i'm going to order with u again and ruin another occasion. I did not ask to deliver in a remote village...i asked to deliver in Stamford Downtown in CT...ridiculous how they can play with someone's feelings....if they did not have capacity, they shd not have accepted the order, I would be more than happy to save my day by ordering from another company. That is not all, the customer service Rep even hung up on me when i asked to talk to a Supervisor."
