"***STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY***

Ordered flowers for overnight delivery on 5/9/08

Flowers didn't show up the following day so I called to ask for a status.

We were told they cannot track the status and would send a "message" to the actual flower vendor.

Of course we got no response, so we spent all day searching for flowers elsewhere.

We were refunded our money, but offered no apology or incentive to order with them again.

You can tell from the reviews here that Teleflora is a awful flower service.

"VERY DISAPPOINTED

Delivered flowers looked NOTHING like the photograph. All the flowers were in BUD FORM - no flowers were in bloom. Simply ridiculous. You cannot run a flower business with that type of product. The vase in the picture was nothing like the one which came with the flowers - it was UGLY.

Had to send an email to find out if my order was even delivered. Was not delivered until nearly 5pm - seriously WHAT IS THE POINT if you cannot deliver flowers for someone's birthday so they can enjoy it for the entire day (as opposed to waiting in the office for them to show up).

I received a phone call after sending an email requesting an order update. I could not take the call as I was in a meeting. The caller left NO MESSAGE. I had to call to find out who it was. The lady on the end was EXTREMELY RUDE and unapologetic. She pretty much hung up on me. Teleflora obviously does a poor job of lining up their local florists. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Some reviewers had a good experience. One experience does not make a good company. You will be rolling the dice if you order through Telefora - are you willing to do this especially when it's for someone on a special occasion? Think before you take the plunge - you never know what will happen.

I have sent an email to Teleflora and we'll see what comes of it. I will contest the charge on my credit card if I have to.

"I placed an order on Feb 13th in the morning to have it delivered to my wife on Valentine's Day, Feb. 14th. Everything went through fine. She got the flowers with NO problem on Valentine's Day at around 11:45AM at the private school she works in. I know there are a lot of negative reviews of this company, but I can't complain, my experience was very positive and I would do business with them again."

"Absolutely gutwrenching. That's all I can say.

Valentine's Day "Diamonds & Roses" bouquet never showed up. 5pm, I'm on the phone with them for 30 minutes of hold before I get someone, who has no explanation. After 3 minutes of futile conversation, I demand a refund, which I'm told I should receive.

Last year, her bouquet showed up at 3pm. I honestly coughed it up to a fluke. My mistake, what's the adage? Fool me once... in any case, I would steer completely and utterly clear of this merchant. They're in the business of delivering flowers. It's not a tough task. They can't do that one task on the one day that it matters most, so why are they in business?

I've called them three times for an explanation or to see if they'd offer something to make amends for the screw-up. Nothing. Their customer service is an absolute joke.

If you care for the intended recipient of the flowers you're sending, STAY AWAY FROM TELEFLORA AT ALL COSTS.

"I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day. They were not delivered that day or the next day. I called their customer service. They would not even contact the local florist to inquire about the status. They just wanted me to wait longer to see if they would be delivered. They were totally unapologetic. I cancelled order. I don't know yet if the refund has been credited to my credit card. I highly disrecommend them - I was given the impression they don't have a tight relationship with their local florists. "

"Ordered flowers for the birthday of a most important client, got TWO confirmations. The day of the delivery, got a call stating "The delivery will not be made until next week". No help, no concern, complete incompetence."

"I placed an order with www.teleflora.com, the online flower store on 2/3/2006 and asked the Valentine's Day flowers to be delivered on 2/13/06. The flowers did not arrived that day and my credit card already has been charged. I called the ***-***-**** customer service number. After being on hond for 30 min, I kept getting transfer around by cust. rep. and no one was willing to listen to my situation and help me. Finally one person answered my call and said he can not track my order. I ask him to give me the number of the local flowerist who is supposed be doing the delivery so I can call and track the order myself. He said its not possilbe and this can only be done by their order department. I can not speak directly with them and only he can relate the message. Normally its no big deal and I can just cancel and place another order. But its a day before Valentines day, and all the good flowers has probably been taken. I am not even sure I can still find any Valentines day flower arrangement a day before the big date. And I placed this order 2 weeks ago just to avoid situations like this.

The flowers arrived a day late, but the flower that came in looked totally different than
whats shown on it's web site. I got pictures to prove it. It looked COMPLETELY different! And it looked very CHEAP! Some of the petals are already falling off. Its pittful. I saw what's
being delivered and feel completely fooled by this company. I think this company decided to sent me the cheap flowers instead fo the real flowers it supposed to sent and kept the money in his pocket. Of the whole time NO ONE either from this company nor the local flowerist called when the order didnt deliver on the promised date. I even called its customer service several times to
request a status and they didnt call me back.
