My size 8.5, B (Medium) on other brands. First time I am trying NB. It doesn't have the flexibility I was expecting due to the stiffness of the material and/or design. Shipping was quite fast. "
"I ordered three demo racquets based on them arriving after Christmas per their website shipping times. The good news is they shipped overnight no extra charge to me and they arrived before Christmas. The unfortunate part is that Holiday commitments precluded me from testing the racquets before the 7 day demo period expired. I attempted to get an extended demo period by phone and email but received no response. I ended up returning the demo racquets without trying them.
I will give Tennis Express another try this month and reorder the racquets for demo."
