"These sneakers are very cute with their bright pink trim. I love the way they look and wish I didn’t have to return them because of a poor fit. I wear a woman’s size 8 and my foot fits most size 8 sneakers comfortably. These ran noticeably wide, at least for me. I like my sneakers to have a deep toe box so I have a little bit of room to wiggle my toes. I read that these had a wide toe box (which they do) and hoped that meant it would also incorporate a deeper toebox. Unfortunately, the toe box is not deep enough and the top of my big toe was pressing against the top of the sneaker. Additionally, they were too wide through the instep. I purchased these because I require good support in my sneakers, both for plantar fasciitis and for the quick, lateral movements required when playing pickleball. I knew I needed to return these and so was not able to try them on the court. With the shoe being too wide from instep to toe, and the material used on the top and sides being very thin and flimsy, it did not appear that they would provide the support necessary for playing pickleball or my plantar fasciitis. This was my first time purchasing from this seller and I was pleased. The sneakers arrived promptly and in good condition. I would purchase from them again."

"I like using Tennis Express and have used them multiple times. I like their selection and available sizes; I wear a women's size 5/5.5 and can always find those sizes available at Tennis Express. It's great that they let us buy/try/return items easily and without incurring extra cost. I recently bought the Ascics Resolution 8 tennis shoe from them. I previously used Ascics Resolution 5 (size 5.5) and loved them but the newer Resolution 8 are made a little narrower. After speaking with an Ascics rep and explaining my situation with finding the correct size for me - they recommended size 5 Wide, which Tennis Express had - and these fit great. (Ascics team also taught me how to determine the correct size/width.) I haven't used my new Resolution 8's yet but have confirmed they are fitting properly by wearing them around the house (on carpet) for a few hours. I also got great news when I read a pickleball magazine this week and found out my Resolution 8 shoe was in the top 10 recommendations for pickleball."
