"I ordered a tennis racquet on Saturday with a promised two day delivery. On the day of the expected delivery (Wednesday), received a phone call that one of the selected strings is unavailable. Requested another string. The racquet arrived the following Wednesday (I trust you to calculate the number of days it was late). The poly strings that I requested to be crosses were strung as mains; conversely, the multi fiber I wanted for the mains was used as crosses. To make it two for two, the polys were strung at 58 instead of 53 and vice versa for the crosses. No apologies from the TE."
