They said they listed the price wrong, canceled my order after payment and got 1 of my 2 payments back. I am glad about the 1 refund, but, just bad business. The item was listed on Dealnews.com where I am sure many others have experienced the same issue. If they cannot list corrected, then they should not be listing on other sites. What a downer. SEEMS LIKE A LOT OF FOLKS ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THIS FLY BY NIGHT OUTFIT."
"This was the worst online experience I have ever had. DO NOT BUY FROM NERDS.NET. I wish I had seen this site with all the reviews before I ordered. I purchased a $900 file cabinet which arrived the next day via a shipping company that did not call ahead to schedule deliver. Instead, they left the 300 lb item on my front porch in front of my door. Upon inspection, it was not the color I desired so I contacted Nerds.net immediately to request an exchange. My case was assigned to Erick (who I was told is the only person at the company that handles returns and exchanges and "has no supervisor"). I was told they would have to send a shipping company to pick it up. TWO WEEKS LATER, a unmarked truck hauled away the item, once again, with no phone call. My calls and emails to Nerds.net went unanswered and ignored for TWO MORE WEEKS. There was no confirmation that they received the return or had any status updates for me on my exchange. Finally, after I called to let them know American Express is disputing the charge, did Erick email me an apology and a new order...IN THE SAME COLOR AS THE ORIGINAL (WRONG) ITEM. I immediately called and emailed Erick to alert him of the error and to NOT ship the same cabinet, but the next day, with no prior phone call to schedule delivery, the file cabinet shows up. I refused delivery and sent another email and voicemail to Erick. Finally, ONE MONTH after the original order was placed, we are owners of a file cabinet in the color we want. Throughout this whole process, I have either called and/or emailed Nerds.net/Erick almost everyday. No one has returned my calls or emails until I threatened the AmEx dispute. I have never had such poor customer service in my life. Their website might have the lowest prices out there BUT IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE, HASSLE AND NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This company should not be in business. "
"TheNerds.net had a few bad reviews on record when I purchased from them but they where the only ones that had the product I wanted in stock and they had it for a good price so I took a chance and it all went perfectly.
Got a good price, and the order arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

"TERRIBLE. I AM NEVER BUYING FROM THIS THENERDS AGAIN. They sent me the wrong camera and said it was my fault, while my online receipt had the correct item. I had to take pictures of the product I received and PROVE to them it was WRONG. At least they took the product back, but still waiting for my refund. "
"This is a shady company. I purchased a printer from their website for $576.99 and their website said they had the item in stock. They charged my card and sent an order confirmation. Later that day I received an email that said item was out of stock and they were refunding my card and it may take 3-5 days. I called in to get them to refund it immediately (which they did) and told them that the website still said item was in stock. They told me that the warehouse tells them when out of stock and may have not been updated. I went on to their website the next day and guess what? Not only did it say they had several dozen more of the same exact printer in-stock, but now the price was $669.99, and in less than 24 hours since I made the order. It is obvious that they must have had the item in-stock at the time I ordered but did not want to honor the price they had posted because they were raising it soon. Not very honest. "

"Placed order on 1/2/2010 and paid with PayPal. It is now 4/18/2010 and I still have not received my item or my money back. I have contacted them several times and nothing has been resolved even when I asked for my money back. Even after I informed them that I would be contacting the BBB and writting these poor reviews it not seem to matter. They have the worst customer service I have ever experenced, nothing but a big run around. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. "I ordered this item on 12/28/09. I was told it was shipped on 12/30/09. As of 1/9/2010 my mount has not arrived. Website shows 79 in stock (Same amount as when I ordered it.) The tracking number they give me was originally showing up as shipped and signed for at same address in a minute of each other. Was told not to worry "My warehouse manager has advised me that the UPS driver may have scanned this incorrectly. To our knowledge the package is still in transit to you for delivery tomorrow or Thursday. I will be personally following up on this order for you."
NOW today 1/9/09 that same tracking number is signed for in TX, while I am in NY.
Priscilla De La Torre is the customer service rep who told me the false tracking info.
What a big mistake ordering from this company was.
