"My husband and I live on a small lake in NH. We have a heron problem. The heron comes up on our land and eats our chipmunks which we feed by hand. We bought the heron to deter the wild one. It must be working because the heron abandoned the beach and landed on another part of the land so I ordered heron #2. The heron looks real and is well made. The only complaint I have is that the pipe that goes in the ground is fragile; however, you can pick up more PVC pipe at Home Depot/Lowes."
