"we are setting up an event rental business & in need of a major inventory. I contacted maree on the help chat, asked if they offered discount on large bulk orders & explained our situation. she was quite blunt in stating that the prices are as posted no discounts, for anything. I then mentioned that their freight seemed high for a large order & she bluntly told me we have reasonable prices & need freights charges to make money. NOt only did I feel she was blunt & no desire to help in any of the process. BUT Guess what their prices are no better then others, & their freight costs are at least 15% higher.
Please avoid this firm. they do not want business unless they can screw you over!!"

"I ordered a pin that is 1/10 of an inch in diameter and less than a half inch in length yet it cost $17 to ship it. Set shipping rates are stupid. An envelope with a single stamp could be used to ship this. Sure glad they are pocketing that shipping money..."
