"After making a few purchases, I received a couple emails encouraging me to leave a review for each of the products I purchased. They apparently they offer $10 for every video review. As that seemed like an excellent offer, I made my video reviews. I tried uploading them, but was unable to do so. After I verified that my videos met their criteria, I was out of ideas so I contacted customer service. Tyler from customer service contacted me and asked that I send him one of my videos so he could see what might be causing the problem.....so I did. He never responded after that, so I attempted to contact customer service again. This time I received an email from Katie. Katie apologized and asked who I spoke with earlier. I told her I was contacted by Tyler, but never received a response. Ironically, I never received a response from Katie either. I attempted to contact both of them several times since, but still nothing."

"Bought an Avanco sandwich refrigerator for my restaurant in November 2017, keeps breaking down, can not hold temperature, under warranty for a year, they tried to fix it 3 times with different technicians but failed, can not operate without it, had to buy another brand and they are refusing to refund my purchase. Was told by one of their chosen technicians that this particular Avanco model has many problems in many other restaurants and there was nothing he could do and when I informed them of this statement Tammy of Clarks Service Group for the Avanco refrigerators said that they will stop using this specific technician, what a joke! They will not stand behind the products they sell you. I am opening another similar restaurant and WILL NEVER again purchase any restaurant equipment from WebstaurantStore. Please be aware before giving them your business. "

"I placed an order for black mule cups and they were sent to me in stainless steel. When I called to have the correct ones sent to me, I was told that shipping and a 30% restocking fee would be deducted from my return and I would have to place a new order for the correct cups (This is approximately $50). Then when I went to place the new order, the cups went up in price so I had to pay almost $20 more to get the same thing I ordered. So $70 later I may actually get what I originally ordered, but we will see. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!"
"Somewhat disappointed that if you order ground shipment even very early in the day they make it clear that they really aren't even going to try to ship it same day - even a very simple order - guess there's a little extra margin to be had in the expedited shipping, plus you need to train your customer to order more in advance - "it's the not even going to try attitude that's a little annoying...""
