"I did my checking on line reading all the reviews on the Carnival King 8 oz commercial popcorn machine and found this site to make the purchase. In addition, they ship to Canada. Before the purchase, I chatted with their on-line staff and call their toll free number to make sure I know what I am getting into. Their staff was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable purchasing from them. I did not need to wait too long before I got a person to chat with. This is a very good sign as if I got problems, I know I will get service. My machine got delivered to me quickly via Fed Ex to Canada and I could track it on line.

"I recently bought 2 pails 20 lbs Satin Ice White Fondant and 1 pc of Silicone mat last March 29, 2018. First, I was informed via email that there will be delay in delivering my order which is totally fine with me. I got my order yesterday, April 4, and had not have a chance to look into my order until this morning. To my surprise, the best date of the 2 pails of Satin Ice White fondant that I ordered shows May 26, 2018, just a little over a month from the time I received my order. I immediately called Webrestaurant's Customer Service to request a replacement for these 2 items and was able to talk with Marie, one of their customer service representatives. Marie told me that they won't be able to replace them simple because the product best date is still over a month upon shipment and that Webrestuarant presumed that all orders from them will be consumed/used by their customer within a month period. When I protested that how can webrestaurant assumed that product will be consumed within a month's time, Marie told me that it is because webrestaurant caters on commercial/business establishment and they presume the establishment will use the product right away. She further stated that the product is still good even after the best date period depending on how I store the products. The only resolution she gave me is to return the product without having to pay for the restocking fee but I have to pay around $17 for shipping them back. I have already paid $22.60 shipping fee when I ordered those product and if I add an additional $17+ for shipping them back, I will be losing a total of $39.60+. I believe this is not fair and reasonable resolution. I will no longer order anything from webrestaurant and I will ask my friends and family to do the same thing. "

Our consumables are designed for high volume commercial use and would typically be shipped with about 1-3 months until the best by date. Our consumable items are actually non-perishables. Typically you would not see an expiration date on these products, but instead a “best by” date. This date describes the optimal time to use the products for best flavor/results, but if stored properly, can last much longer. "It's amazing to me how much shipping costs with Webstaurant. The prices of the consumable that my company buys from this store is good, but then you add shipping on, and the prices skyrocket. I can literally buy cups and lids locally for the same price if you add the shipping on.
Then there's the customer service.... I ordered cups, and the page told me that I should buy these lids that go with the cups, so I did. Well, the lids were the wrong size, and when I called and asked for a refund, they wouldn't give it to me because it was my fault for not checking on the size, even though the size isn't listed for the tops of the cups vs. the size of the lids. I was flabbergasted by the inaccuracy and hubris of the "customer service" agent that was supposed to be assisting me.
The one and only reason I still order from Webstaurant store is because there isn't a better online option, but as soon as there is, you better frickin believe that I am never coming back! "

"They pay costumers for positive reviews, I ordered different items to sample for a new business and they where different measurements as advertised and once I contacted costumer service they responded that the restaurant business it’s like that! I wasn’t even expecting a refund maybe a credit for future purchases or an apology; I have proof and photos and some of my orders they even sent them in other companies boxes ( example Burger King) FALSE ADVERTISEMENT which is actually illegal all around and I have pictures and their emails for proof "

For instance, if you order a 6" sub-sandwich, it could potentially be exact or somewhere around a 5 ¾” sub or a 6 ½” sub. However, because this measurement is used, most people understand what size that is and what it should look like. "I ordered on a monday and it took them the entire week to process even though they say 1-2 days to process. It took a whole week to receive my shipment including the 1 day of shipping. Their customer service was not helpful at all. All they did was tell me how bad their Nevada warehouse is and then blamed me for not paying their ridiculous expedited shipping. I won't be shopping here again."

"There was an email promotion for a product - I went to order and the code didn't work. I used the chat and they said it expired east coast time (i am on the west coast) and there was nothing they could do. Email didn't say only valid till east coast time. Customer service representative refused to do anything. "

In order to maintain our low pricing, we don't have an exchange process. In the event of a standard return, the item would need to be sent back, and a restocking fee is deducted from the return credit for the added service of processing an item back into stock. If we did not have a restocking fee our prices would need to be higher in order to absorb the added cost.
