"I recently ordered 5 different items from Webstaurant and after receiving the item in Jamaica, one of the items was incorrect . I contacted customer service immediately by email and received a response in a timely manner, they requested a picture of the incorrect item, which i sent. I also placed a call to the customer service team who handled the matter so professionally and in such a timely manner, i am so impressed. This morning i received a call , informing me that the correct item will be shipped to me today at no additional cost to us. Now this is customer service at its best and for this I'm grateful and will forever shop with WebstaurantStore providing they have the item i need and the price is right. Kathleen and Ashlea I appreciated you listening (as i was upset) and i appreciated the action you took to have the matter resolved so quickly and the call this morning , imagine that, i did not have to call to follow up as what happens most times. So far i'm extremely pleased with the products i have purchased and received.

This is for my home and will sit on my sink for easy cut and swipe into the garbage disposal of what is not needed. The reason we charge a restocking fee is because we want to continue to keep prices as low as possible for you. When an item is returned, there are additional costs associated with processing the return. Companies that do not charge restocking fees pass the costs of their Returns Department onto their customers through higher priced items. Instead of raising our prices and charging every customer for returns costs, we only charge a restocking fee for items that are a standard return.
