Really great selection & top-notch customer service!

"I've been apart of Webstaurant for some time and the more I keep exploring into their services (especially after you announced your Plus Beta program) and we've moved many things over to you (a plus for us and you I'm sure!) So now instead of waiting every 3-4 weeks to put in an order, we conveniently order when we are getting low on something and it ships off to us on time. Generally now, we receive something from Webstaurant 2-3 times a week! Nice to keep more of our things from one provider! Its not a bad thing, we've had some shipping mishaps over time but they (you) have always tried to find a fair & good method to remedy the situation. Thank you!"

"I did not have the time to shop around so I paid the overprices shipping charges. The items I purchased should cost about $8 to ship but they charged $20. Not happy with that"

Damaged Glasses - Business Will Not Stand Past Their Product

"I have been purchasing products from them since January for our business. Recently, we've had several shipments of damaged glasses....out of a shipment of 36 rocks glasses, 4 were totally destroyed with pieces of glass littered in and throughout the box. After salvaging the non broken glasses and cleaning them, I confirmed all had been scratched because of the broken glass in the box. There was virtually no protective packaging in the box them came in and what was in it was deflated. I requested replacement or refund for the glasses.

Per Rita from their customer service dept: "We are a whole sale distributor, and to keep our prices low, we do our best to package items is a secure and economical way, which does exclude additional packing material. While we don't want our orders to arrive damage, my warehouse team does try to package the most secure way possible all within an economical fashion."

They are only willing to refund the four glasses. Further per Rita "you may be better suited to purchase locally to avoid transit damage, and be able to control the transportation of the glasses, to ensure you are receiving glasses in pristine condition."

They are an online reseller...all their glasses are shipped. Am I the only consumer who would expect my new product to be received in pristine condition?

Off to find a new supplier.

False advertising of shopping in 2 days or less

"Ordered items for event. Looked at shipping chart and saw they had warehouse in Pa (I’m in New Jersey) indicated 2 day shipping. Started tracking package and saw items were shipped from Nevada! I received items 4 days after event. When I inquired about return- I’m told I would have to ship myself AND pay a 30% restock fee!! They are charging ridiculous fee to open box and put back on their shelves!!!! "

We try to ship from the closest warehouse whenever possible but that is not always the case. Canceled order / unsatisfied customer service

"I placed and order for Donut Fry on Monday morning. I have ordered same product before and was delivered within 2 days for ground shipping. It says on the website to put in the comments when you need item delivered, so i did. Well, Chris at webstaurantStore saw this and decided it wound not get there in time, so he sent an email stating so, problem is I never got the email, and instead of shipping THEY CANCELED THE ORDER. Now I have to cancel orders i have because i don't have what i need to make them. If i were running the company I would have overnighted product (at my cost) to keep their customer happy. They would NOT do that, and instead gave me a credit for the original shipping cost. "

13K of product purchase with $5 discount offered.

"Recently made a purchase for our second restaurant of 13K. We do steady orders throughout the year. Out of curiosity I contacted sales to see if they would work with us on a bulk order discount. The sales staff immediately said the 13K order doesn't qualify that they may work with us if we upped the order to 15K - 30K but nothing they could do except offer the current promo code "Warmer" that gave me $5 off of one of my products in the cart. I offered to purchase more to meet the 15K requirement and they replied if I pay by check or wire they can give me free shipping which was just under a 2% savings. Prices are ok on some items of lower quality but there are more competitive brands for the money with free shipping online. I ended up paying for the $99 Plus program to save some shipping but a lot of the products of weight didn't qualify so be careful before you trust that program as well. I deleted some products in my cart after this experience and went to a competitor due to pricing and quality of service. Two days of running around has put our opening behind a bit with much more to do than deal with someone trying to upsell without benefits. "
