"I received the product I purchased (dinner napkins) and they came quickly and in good condition. The problem was they are for a wedding and they weren't as nice as I wanted, so I decided to return them. Ultimately, I opted to keep all 800 napkins because this store has a restocking fee that is about a third of the cost of the item and then they also charge you for shipping on the return, so I'd have only gotten about $15 of the $74 total that I spent. Save your money and shop somewhere else that you can easily make a return and not pay additional for it."

"They are not a bad company, just very corporate and cold. Things do arrive quickly and promptly. They lost my business because of their inability to care. Ex: Bags arrived WAY!!! too big for chamber vacuum sealer. I quickly told them that, as the bags have no way of matching my purchase profile, I will for ease of correction, admitted that the misplaced order was on my part. Long story short, "sure you can return them. It will cost a 30% restocking fee. That is the highest, if ever charged, in any industry I have ever traded in.
That's it. They may be great for you, but for my needs, I am new and growing quickly business, too quickly. I just wanted to have the feeling of a "I got your back" supply company; they just are not it. Seriously, WebstaurantStore, it is not always about the money for us. The restocking fee was really just a slap in the face as a thank you. "

"Do not buy anything from them unless you are 100% certain you won’t need to return it. The return process involves getting authorization from a customer service contractor not authorized to do anything but tell you basically “too bad.” Then the return postage cost more than the shipping (have to return it using THEIR shipper) and the restocking fee is exorbitant. Basically we would have gotten less than one third of what we paid. No real customer service - just multiple people with no authority repeating the same script. We own a high volume restaurant and will not purchase from them again. "
“We are a wholesaler geared towards bulk ordering from businesses and pride ourselves in our low pricing. However, in order to maintain this low pricing, we don't have an exchange process. In the event of a standard return, the item would need to be sent back, and a restocking fee is deducted from the return credit for the added service of processing an item back into stock. If we did not have a restocking fee our prices would need to be higher in order to absorb the added cost.
