Dented cans

"All cans were dented in more than one place. Packing was sloppy. Cans were obviously rolling around. Not packed with enough bubble wrap to stop them from banging into each other. All other experiences with your company have been good though."

"Overall your webpage , payment processing , customer service is flawless, however due to that our warehouse its located at El paso TX. much of our orders arrive within 4/5 days , even 6 . sometimes. we understand the distance, but we have notice that the processing time takes too long, So we recomend to prior the orders that goes further . That would be a very fine implementation to your processing system. "

"Hello, I have been using #14 fingertips for decades and for some reason it seems that they have been harder and harder to come by. I have ordered them in the past but not from you. I did not know that I would be referred to your store but, you seem to have what I need. I appreciate that. It should make my job easier. "Buyer be aware of ordering stuff from webstaurantstore.com. They will send out used items to you. I ordered an cooler from them and what I received was a used and damaged cooler. They claimed to be new. These items are returned from consumers and being restocked and being resale again to other. Be aware."

Returns are a real headache and not worth it.

"Have ordered in the past, the first time I even tried to make a return of a defective hot dog roller that would blow the fuse as soon as it was turned on, I learned why there are so many 1-star reviews about their customer service. I understand this was not a top-of-the-line item but should still be able to be returned when it is defective. It started with this online statement when I first attempted my return.
“WAIT TO RETURN!
Before paying to return these item(s), we'd like to discuss these item(s) with you to ensure that they are processed in the best way possible! All you need to do is let us know if you have more details for us in the box below and an email will be sent to us automatically. You should receive a response within one business day.”
No working box to add comments to this. There has been no communication about this problem from them and I cannot print a return label until AFTER getting an email response because it is DEFECTIVE. If I put down any other reason for return, I pay shipping and restocking fees. Now, I may as well toss it and write scathing reviews about their returns, which leave a great deal to be desired. I have read enough reviews this morning to know that webstaurant will simply blame me, the buyer, for the problem. Whether it be that I had it shipped to my house so the warranty if voided, or the fact I waited three days to start the return and it’s just too late, whatever the reason they can find is fine by me now. I can sleep comfortably knowing that I have now plead with others to not bother ordering anything other than paper food boats that should never have to be returned from this place. If you do, good luck with any returns.
