"They promised a 3-5 day delivery. On day 5 they said that the shipment wasn't even ready for shipping yet. They had no plan or intention of making anything right. I asked what the plan was to get my shipment to me and their response was "can you get it locally?".

"Webstaurant is one of my main providers for my ice cream parlors and I am generally satisfied with the service. I have bought a lot of stuff from them including freezers and dippers. one thing i would suggest is having an add on system fro when you place orders online, as when and if you need to add an item to the freshly made order, you must cancel the whole thing, add and then place it again. For Avantco ice cream dippers, suggested buckets for ice cream are not provided. Many parlors buy product from a different manufacturer, but if you make your own, its not easy to find the right fit tubs."

"I am trying to return an item. They want to charge me $30.00 to restock items for which I spent around $68.00 plus quicker shipping. The guy online has been arguing with me about emails they never sent. The stuff came over a day after I needed them. It took forever for them to ship. They didn’t communicate and now it’s going to cost me almost half of the purchase price plus $20.00 just toi return the unopened items. I’m an event planner with ties to restaurants, other planners and caterers in Houston. I’ll never use this company again."
"Was OK The Sea food did she up with in two days. Was still frozen, and had plenty of dry ice still left.
The steaks were packed in a sort of insulating bag. Had thawed out. The two Ice packs were barely cool Blood had leaked and had partly soaked the interior cardboard box they were in. Still they are OK. Decent cuts of meet. Better than I can find in most any store in the North East Arkansas area. I still think they are worth the additional cost. Think packaging is a little shoddy for the shipping cost charged."
