"11 days after I placed an order, they cannot provide a ship date and refuse to cancel the order. I contacted customer service on the 7th day after the product had not shipped. They told me to wait several days while they contacted the supplier for an update. The response I received is that they were still waiting for a response. I requested to cancel the order and they said I would need to wait several days while they contacted the same supplier that didn't respond on the previous attempt. This company is a scam!"

"Bought little items and had problems on most.
One spoon with different handle colour than picture showed. One sauce pump without warranty, that stopped working after 1 week. And the worst is that most of their disclaimers are hidden under FAQ and small notes at the footers. Wont recommend nor buy again "

"Shipping charge shown at checkout was $13 and change. In the receipt, seen AFTER checkout, the amount was increased to over $18+. Not a good feeling when placing my first order. :-("
“Thank you for your review. In response to the increased shipping charge, there are two times in the checkout process that you must select if you are shipping to a business or residence. If the same choice is not selected both times, it will give you conflicting shipping costs. If you are shipping to a commercial address, that does need to be selected again before checking out. The shipping calculator in your cart is used as an estimate only.
In order to change your shipping address type, please log in to your store account. Go to “My Account” > “Account Info” > “Shipping” > “Edit” > “Destination Type”. Here, you will click the drop-down box and select “Commercial” or “Residential”.

"I received an email that the accessory shelf for a work table was in so I place and order for the work table and the extra shelf. I had already been looking and had an old cart that had the work table and a wall shelf in it. When I place the order, it ordered the old cart not the one that I had just created. Even though I ordered at 9PM and called to get it corrected at 9AM I was told that I wan't able to cancel the wall shelf. The order status still said processing but the customer service people (2 different ones) stated that it was already in shipping. Buyer beware that they have a 30% restocking fee if their website chooses a saved cart instead of the new one that you create. They were not willing to help me fix it. Shame on them. It hadn't shipped yet!"
“Thank you for your review. I am sorry for any frustration surrounding your order. If you have older items in your cart, and do not remove them when going to checkout, they will be ordered. After an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent to you that details what is on the order. If we are notified before the order is too far in processing, we are able to cancel the order for you. Our warehouse does work hard to get items shipped out as soon as possible, and by the time you had contacted us the next day, this shipment was already being loaded up with the carrier. We are unable to cancel orders at that point.

"I purchased a set of plactic bowls for $12.69. I get to the shipping screen, I find out Ground shipping is $17.73, > $5 more than the item itself. With tax, it pushes my order for a set of 5 plastic bowls to over $30. Disappointed there is no cheaper shipping option."

"I love these dishes but the seller is not willing to work with you at all. I ordered 36 dinner plates, 36 dessert plates, 36 coffee cups, 36 saucers, 36 espresso cups, 36 bullion bowls and 36 salad plates. The soup bowls came in a set of 24. I asked if I could order just the 36 that I needed to match the set. They said no. Then I asked if they would discount just the bowls. They said no. Then I asked to be given a break on shipping to compensate for the fact that I now have to buy so many more. They said no. It's very frustrating to deal with a company that is not willing to work with you."

In addition, many manufacturers are experiencing delays due to COVID and the upcoming holidays. When you contacted us on the 12th we did reach out to the manufacturer that day. It can take a couple of business days to receive a shipping confirmation from the manufacturer, and I see that we continued to reach out to the manufacturer on your behalf. In regards to cancellation, we are unable to cancel an order that ships from a manufacturer without first requesting and confirming the cancellation with them. I do see that when you requested cancellation on the 15th we contacted the manufacturer with this request. We are continuing to work on this for you, and will be updating you via email.
