"Being that we bought our appliances here on webstaurantstore.com, we have to buy parts from here too. Everything is good except when you get to the payment part and then shipping is a third of the cost of the parts total. And the parts are small and not bulky. To me there's no reason for that high shipping cost. If I can find parts elsewhere I will buy them because shipping will more than likely reasonable."
"It stated free shipping and then I was charged for it. Then I was taxed more then the 11 % for my area. Do u tax for both states, where it comes from and where it’s going. I don’t think that’s allowed. And I think I was overcharged for the shipping.

"I order two item from them.one come 4 days letter but have open box everything drape outside.Another item never come. I Emailed this company they said my order back to automatic return also change me over 40%.this is how they make money.if they just take 40% from every order return 60% to buyer .They can make a lot of money and a very easy that’s a very bad company."

If the carrier is unable to deliver the shipment (Ex: your business is closed, the shipment is refused, etc.) this is treated as a standard return. With a standard return the customer is responsible for the return shipping and a 20-30% restocking fee. We do send the tracking information to our customers so they can monitor their shipment and be aware of when it will be delivered. An order number was not provided with this review, so I was not able to see the exact reason for the return. In regards to the other portion of your order, I am sorry that the box was opened in transit.
