"Ordered a defective Regency Traffic door, Accusing us it was installed improperly by our contractor. First of all it’s not about the installation issue. We received a double doors that have same finished, so when installed one side finished that is supposed to be facing the front of the house is facing the kitchen side, so it’s imperfect. They just don’t want to help and kept accusing their customer to prevent the replacement or return. Very very bad experience and we spent over $15000 this month. They don’t value their customers business. We are opening more branches Nationally ...Webstaurant just lost our business."

I was able to review the correspondence on this order and see that we did forward the pictures that you sent us of the door over to our Product Specialists. Upon reviewing the pictures we did advise you that there is no specific "right" or "left" door, as these are just a set of double doors. The screws at the top are supposed to be exposed, as shown in the picture on the site. The reason that we brought up the installation, is that you had mentioned that the doors were misaligned. If the door jam is not even at your location, this can cause the doors to look misaligned. If the doors are not plumb when installed, this can cause misalignment.
