"Bought 6 chaise lounges and paid $250 for shipping. The chairs were not the size they had on spec sheet! Suppose to be a 27” seat. Actually was 21” seat. I didn’t have to pay $250 for shipping on that size chair. I could have went to Walmart for that! They said the chairs needed to be inspected upon delivery for damage or they would not warranty any damage. The driver and I unpacked the chairs and there was no damage. 2 days later I go to put on cushions and realize the chairs arent the correct measurements. They first offered $100 store credit. When I said I spent $250 for shipping they then told me I could return them if they were repackaged in original packaging and loaded on a pallet. The delivery man was kind enough to take the plastic they were wrapped in. Why is this my problem? It sounds like a problem between them and the manufacturer. I shouldn’t be out anything! They were gracious and said they would waive the restocking fee! Horrible customer service! "
