Love this store for business and personal needs!

"I have a lot of usual and unusual needs for my business, and the Webstaurant Store is a fantastic vendor for me to get shipping supplies and other items that I need to process my farm and garden products. They also have items that I can throw in to make my personal life easier. They have great prices, and even better in the bulk amounts that I need for business! Bonus, I have had fantastic customer service experiences when I needed to contact them, they are always wonderfully quick and courteous! Highly recommend this vendor!"

Pricing needs A "get real" adjustment!

"So I ordered whip cream dispensers which are $19 something if you buy 6. I bought 8 and was charged $19 something for the first 6 and a higher price for the other 2.
So let me get this straight; if I order more .... you charge more?
I am pretty annoyed about this and in the future will be looking at your competitors more closely.. or just ordering direct from China.
Will be your loss as I order for 3 stores.
This is really deceptive pricing and I am not happy about it.

“Thank you for your review. I am sorry for any frustration regarding the pricing listed on our site! If you look at page for this item it does state that the regular pricing is $20.49 each. The site also lists a quantity discount and the price is $19.50 a piece if you "buy in lots of 6". Since you bought 8, and not in lots of 6, you were charged the lower price for the lot quantity and then the regular price for the additional dispensers. Worst purchasing experience

"If there was an option for 0 stars, I would pick 0 stars. They do not accept returns. They will find an excuse for you not to return an item. I simply purchased a product and simply did not want it. They told me you have to sell it online on your own we will not accept returns for simply not wanting a product. I said it was a mistake I purchased that product, they basically implied deal with it. Don’t but from web restaurant. There is no way you can check the product, and once you purchased, even to see what the product looks like, YOU BOUHGT IT.. "

Horrible Customer Service

"Purchased product, received product, opened product to find it defective. Manufacturer advised me to call WebstaurantStore to resolve. WebstaurantStore said it would take 5 days for their manu. rep to decide whether it was a warranty issue (it was broken right out of the box). I protested, saying I would miss an event and the $$ earned there. They didn't care but assured me they would get back before 5 days. It's been 10. No response from them. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Who can afford to lose the $$ WebstaurantStore causes you to lose??"

Very easy to order/reorder things

"I really love the website and 24 hours customer service. I also think that Plus membership is a good way to save on shipping, I wish all my products were Plus eligible. My only problem is packaging of the items. Most of resellers can't afford checking every single item before re-shipping. 2 out of 12 items always have broken/missing barcode and whatever is packaged often has cracked/ripped packaging. I do not have time to return those few items, so i just use them myself or gift to my friends since the product is still awesome, just not for resellers. I wish they paid just a little extra attention to merchandise that is being shipped to resellers."
