"I ordered a set of four chrome shelving posts, along with a set of shelves. I ordered stationary posts. This somehow got changed in the order to mobile posts. When the mobile posts arrived, I contacted the company. They refused to help, claiming that I had ordered the wrong item. They wanted me to return the posts at my expense, even though return shipping is about the same as the amount of the refund. Then, they wanted to charge me for the replacement item, including new shipping charges. What a racket! Don't waste your money on buying products from this company. "

Our return policy, and return fees, are listed on our site. The reason that we charge a restocking fee is to keep costs, and ultimately our prices, down for our customers. When you buy from a company that has no restocking fees, you pay for returns that the company handles, indirectly, through higher prices. There are a lot of costs associated with processing an order, as well as returning an order. Most companies do build it into their initial pricing, but we try to charge it only when it is needed. "Make absolutely sure you know what you are ordering from this business. I ordered a simple sink, but did not carefully read other customer reviews of it where it was described as flimsy and cheap by a number of people. I could not have something of poor quality in my space, so I did not open it and returned it. I wondered why they were so accommodating on the return until if found out they charged 30% for returns, even unopened and/or unused. I'm sure that equals the profit on the sale so they get it back and get to resell it again. A great scheme if you can get away with it. Yes, Webrestaurantstore I understand your restocking policy is spelled out on your website - these days people buying product online don't assume they will be returning it and scour websites for outrageous restocking fees. So, after they took 30% (and a portion of the sales tax which they should NOT keep) plus I paid for return shipping, I got 42% of what I paid to return what other customers described as junk. (unused junk by the way.) Truly a buyer be aware experience. "

"I have paid for and been a member of the Plus add on (at $99 per month) since it's conception. I have attempted to order several items in the last week, items necessary for my business, with shortages during this COVID 19 madness.
I have waited online chat for over 30 minutes with no response. Today I was successful and was given every excuse how I changed my address on my Plus account. I am the only person with access to my account and did NOT change anything on my account. After repeated requests to speak with a supervisor, I finally got had an email exchange, where I was finally offered a once of $50 voucher. As I have had to pay exorbitant prices for the items, elsewhere, that I required to continue trading, I consider the "compensation" inadequate, with NO apology."

As explained, the saved address in your account must have the Plus logo next to it in order to get the free shipping; this must be the default address that is checked off in your account. Regardless of whether you have the same address saved multiple times in your account, the one with the Plus logo must be selected as the default. This was not an issue on your previous orders with us, and you were not removed from the program. We did advise that the only way the default address is changed is if another address is manually entered while checking out, or if you checked out through PayPal. This was not changed on our end. We did not refund you for the month of Plus as you used the benefits during the month. I reviewed the emails and we did apologize for any frustration and inconvenience that this situation caused you and we applied the store credit as a one time exception.
