"Shipping is insanely overpriced. Products are cheap and when you need to replace something on those products, they seem to be the only one to carry a replacement for the cheap equipment. The return policy is rediculous as they will not help with the return cost, and then to add to it, they charge you a 20% "restocking" if the item was returnable. Returnable in their eyes means you cannot even open the box to see if it is what you need. How are you supposed to see if it is the right item if you dont open the box it was shipped in. Rediculous company and even worse policies. DO NOT EVEN START AN ORDER WITH THIS PLACE, YOU WILL REGRET IT"

"I bought a wall-mounted wine bottle opener from this site as a Christmas present for my wife. After mounting it on the way, we found it very hard to use. The amount of strength needed to keep the wine bottle in place while bringing the worm down into it was very hard for me and impossible for my wife. When i attempted to return it, they refused because 1) the item was no longer "new" due to having been used once, and 2) I would have to provide them with a video showing the item was defective. I tried explaining that the opener was not defective, it just didn't work out for us since it was very hard to use. And no longer being new is a ridiculous excuse since the one time it was used did not change the appearance or operation in any way. So I'm stuck with a an unusable opener.
Not accepting a return when a product does not work out for the purchaser and using lame excuses like these are the epitome of a terrible company interested only in profits and not the satisfaction of their customers. "

"They have the item(s) that we needed today, but we should be able to use our own shipping account. I was charged $20.98 for a shipment that we would have only paid $8.21, if we were able to use our own account. We shouldn't have to pay $99 per month to get free shipping."
