"Purchased product, received product, opened product to find it defective. Manufacturer advised me to call WebstaurantStore to resolve. WebstaurantStore said it would take 5 days for their manu. rep to decide whether it was a warranty issue (it was broken right out of the box). I protested, saying I would miss an event and the $$ earned there. They didn't care but assured me they would get back before 5 days. It's been 10. No response from them. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Who can afford to lose the $$ WebstaurantStore causes you to lose??"

"I really love the website and 24 hours customer service. I also think that Plus membership is a good way to save on shipping, I wish all my products were Plus eligible. My only problem is packaging of the items. Most of resellers can't afford checking every single item before re-shipping. 2 out of 12 items always have broken/missing barcode and whatever is packaged often has cracked/ripped packaging. I do not have time to return those few items, so i just use them myself or gift to my friends since the product is still awesome, just not for resellers. I wish they paid just a little extra attention to merchandise that is being shipped to resellers."

"Shipping is insanely overpriced. Products are cheap and when you need to replace something on those products, they seem to be the only one to carry a replacement for the cheap equipment. The return policy is rediculous as they will not help with the return cost, and then to add to it, they charge you a 20% "restocking" if the item was returnable. Returnable in their eyes means you cannot even open the box to see if it is what you need. How are you supposed to see if it is the right item if you dont open the box it was shipped in. Rediculous company and even worse policies. DO NOT EVEN START AN ORDER WITH THIS PLACE, YOU WILL REGRET IT"

We are not able to accept returns on items that have been used. Since you did install this in your unit, and found that it was not the correct one, we were not able to set up a return for you. All of our return policies are listed on our website for customers to review and familiarize themselves with prior to placing an order. If the item had just been opened, but you still had the original packaging, we would be able to set up a standard return for you. However if the item has been installed, it is considered used. I do see that we were able to resolve this issue for you and provided you with store credit in the amount of the lamp that was ordered incorrectly.
