"Twice, i put in to deliver to a business. Which was a few dollars cheaper. I double checked as I completed the order that it is to be delvered to a business. Yet, in the end they raised the shipping an extra $5 bucks for residential delivery. Very frustrating and BAD business practice !!!!!!!!"

These charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and distance the order is traveling. Usually, the more you purchase at one time, the better your shipping cost will be per item. I did review your last order and I do see that it was placed within a couple weeks of your previous one. "We have been using this vendor to supply us with insulated shipping containers. We enrolled in their "plus" program because their shipping rates are dynamically driven. The fast you need them the higher the cost, as you would expect. However, we found that if we bought the $99 monthly plan we could ship stuff regular ground. With some planning that was acceptable and cost effective. I tried to place an order today for containers and was told, after the order was placed, that the order wouldn't even ship for TWO WEEKS. I contacted them via online chat and was told they didn't have any in stock and would have to ship from the manufacturer. They blamed the manufacturer for the long ship time. Well, it's two weeks to Christmas. I don't need the containers after Christmas, I need them before. There was no acknowledgement of that, even though I told them I needed them sooner and that two weeks was unacceptable. They wouldn't even try to do anything about it. All the while I was going back and forth with them I was Googling and find another vendor who had the product and would not charge me $100 a month to ship the product regular ground. I ordered and got a confirmation that my containers would be here in a few days. Same dang containers, instant customer service. I've canceled everything at WebstraurantStore and will take the $1500 a month we were spending on various supplies to someone who can deliver reasonably. "

I was able to take a look at your order, and the item that you ordered does have a two week lead time that is listed on the item page. This item also always ships directly from the manufacturer. There is a paragraph, in the product details on the website, that says "Because this item is not stocked in our warehouse, processing, transit times and stock availability will vary. "Ordered Vak-pak it on a Friday and it arrived Tuesday. Fedex damaged the box, but, it was so well packed that the unit was perfect. Oil-less motor is way quieter in person than in the videos. Much quieter than a small Food Saver type system. Pulls an incredible vacuum. Company was great to deal with, with friendly staff and fast response time. Will definitely order from again."

"Firstly, the pictures are very misleading . I ordered what i though were dinner plates they turned out to be cake plates . When I decided to return to see if I could order the correct thing . I was hit with a 30% restocking fee and a return shipping fee . So out of the $50.99 I spent ordering the wrong thing , when they have taken all their fees from that I'm left with $27.99. its safe to say I wont be ordering from this place again ... its sad what the customers have to go through to try to fix an error or to attempt to return their product . Its a hit on the customers and the money that they have spent with this company . Very disappointing ."

"Cost was about $16 for a 3" nylon bristle pipe brush. Shipping was nearly $20 though. Shipping charges are OUTRAGEOUS for this item. Brush weighs a few ounces and can be rolled up (flexible shaft) and placed in a USPS packet for about $5. Won't be doing business with these people much more due to this."
