"Purchase a Avantco Merchandiser Refrigerator couple weeks ago. Order process and delivery time was good. Upon starting this unit is very loud. The inside fans are running at very high RPMS it sound like 747. Over all quality is construction quality is good. This could annoyed customers!"

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER, no matter how cheap it is. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. You'll lose all your money

"Do yourself a favor and don't even consider buying from them, no matter how cheap their price is compared to everyone else. It is not worth it. I bought a hot water dispensing machine. It didn't work since day 1 and they didn't let me return it, claiming it was opened and used. First, I had to open it to know if it is working or not. Second, I have never used it because the product is defective. The customer service was horrible and just tried to take your money. The company didn't stand behind their products and told me it was not their issue, it's the manufacturer's issue, so file warranty claim with them."

When you purchase an item with a warranty, you do have to follow the manufacturer's warranty process. These charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and distance the order is traveling. Usually, the more you purchase at one time, the better your shipping cost will be per item. Unauthorized charges

"Ordered a grill. Before delivery was contacted by the shipper asked if a lift gate was needed. I told the shipper no. Had a lift truck on site. Delivered on a truck with a lift truck but was not used or needed. We slid in the back of our truck. They charged my cc a week later for a $60 lift gate charge. After many phone calls and emails charge remains. Do not trust WebstaurantStore with you card info. Grill is a good product however they will charge your card when the want. "

Since it was not chosen at checkout, there is a$60 fee to add it to an order. We did reach out via email on 12/11 asking for confirmation on whether you needed a liftgate. We did not hear back from you so we reached out again on 12/17 and advised you that the card would be charged so the carrier could go ahead and deliver. At this time I do see that the liftgate fee was refunded as this was not needed when the delivery occurred. I do apologize for any inconvenience. No updates; Customer service absent

"Very frustrating and quite diassapointed. I've been waiting for almost a month for this $200 sausage stuffer. First, I was led to believe it would be shipped on december 5th and arrive sometime the following week, then, it shipped on 12/10/19 and I was guaranteed it's arrival by the end of the day yesterday 12/14/19 and because of this fact I have been thawing out 50lbs of wild game meat for the entire week and I have the meat all thawed out and ground up waiting the arrival of this product I was assured would be here yesterday. So now I have 50lbs of wild game meat and the 25lbs of pork I mixed it with that is on the verge of spoiling and I wasted and entire Saturday getting ready and waiting for this damn sausage stuffer to never show up. And now its Sunday and I wont have the sausage stuffer until god only knows when and I'm positive my meat is going to spoil within a couple more days. Terrible customer service, I was not given any updates on when my order would arrive and I had to prompt someone to look into this for me, now I have been mislead causing the spoilage of over 50lbs of wild game meat, I am quite frustrated at this point!! I will be filling a complaint with the BBB AND the attorney general of Pa."

"I am very disappointed from webstaurant after being their customers for a long time. whenever I buy electronic items and came with broken, they refuse to exchange, return, or refund. they make you to call manufacture or warranty tech to deal with them instead. I write this matter for all of you be careful with this company. they don't use USA buyer and seller policies. please be aware of it!!!"

“Thank you for your review. I was able to access your recent order and I see that you notified us regarding a vacuum packaging machine that was not working properly. I am sorry that the one side was not working as it should have been. When you purchase an item from our site that has a warranty, you are also purchasing the warranty through the manufacturer. If there is any issue with the machine that you purchased, the warranty information does state the following: "Defective material may be returned to ARY, Inc. after inspection by an agent of ARY, Inc. and upon receipt from ARY, Inc. of shipping instructions specific to the defective Goods authorized by ARY, Inc. to be returned. ARY, Inc. at its sole option, may either (i) replace or repair any defective materials and workmanship (and return the Goods to purchaser without charge), (ii) refund the purchase price, or (iii) grant a reasonable allowance with the foregoing procedure." This information is listed directly in the warranty that is posted on the item page directly. I am sorry that you are not happy with the warranty process, however this is something that has to go through the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer is located in the United States as well. Sneaky price increase !!

"Twice, i put in to deliver to a business. Which was a few dollars cheaper. I double checked as I completed the order that it is to be delvered to a business. Yet, in the end they raised the shipping an extra $5 bucks for residential delivery. Very frustrating and BAD business practice !!!!!!!!"

$100 a month to provide shipping...in two weeks

"We have been using this vendor to supply us with insulated shipping containers. We enrolled in their "plus" program because their shipping rates are dynamically driven. The fast you need them the higher the cost, as you would expect. However, we found that if we bought the $99 monthly plan we could ship stuff regular ground. With some planning that was acceptable and cost effective. I tried to place an order today for containers and was told, after the order was placed, that the order wouldn't even ship for TWO WEEKS. I contacted them via online chat and was told they didn't have any in stock and would have to ship from the manufacturer. They blamed the manufacturer for the long ship time. Well, it's two weeks to Christmas. I don't need the containers after Christmas, I need them before. There was no acknowledgement of that, even though I told them I needed them sooner and that two weeks was unacceptable. They wouldn't even try to do anything about it. All the while I was going back and forth with them I was Googling and find another vendor who had the product and would not charge me $100 a month to ship the product regular ground. I ordered and got a confirmation that my containers would be here in a few days. Same dang containers, instant customer service. I've canceled everything at WebstraurantStore and will take the $1500 a month we were spending on various supplies to someone who can deliver reasonably. "

There is a paragraph, in the product details on the website, that says "Because this item is not stocked in our warehouse, processing, transit times and stock availability will vary.
