"Tracking number was not working for 1 week, I asked customer service to help me figuring out because it was already 4 days late on monday. They gave me a number to call, 94 callers in front of me.
Then they pretend to be free shipping. But they ask us after being already 7 days late to pay for a lift gate rental ????!!! so we paid $60 because we really needed our product, that was on a thursday. I asked them again when are we expecting to received our product, after giving me a wrong phone number in Ca, they gave me another one in Chicago. They told me 1 or 2 more days. Still didnt got our product until monday. Customer service say it s my fault, the shipping compagny say it s Webrestaurantstore, they always do this scam,.
BTW that s the second time it happen, the 1st time, we waited 3 month to received our product."

"I place an order of a counter top fridge, and it suppose to be arrive in 10 days from the order day, never happen I chatted with a customer representative because they don’t have a contact number to be able to speak with some one all is by chat. The customer representative told me that is in the way and provide me Carrie company information, I contacted them and they said the shipping still in Chicago and it suppose to be arrive in California in that time, this company are very irresponsible with the shippings, as a business owner we depend of this equipments to be in time to run are business with out any delays. Be aware before you order big equipment from this company!!!!! Better to purchase it local!!!! Less issues. Today is September 27, 2019 I placed the order in September 14, 2019. "So I order and put it for next day delivery I get it order before there cut off time and then they screw it up. I did a chat with them to make sure this would ship from Oklahoma and they said yes we have all of it in our Oklahoma warehouse. So when all my order doesn't come in i call they cost me about 2-3 hundred dollars for there screw up and they even said it was there fault but still dont bother taking care of there customer. Now for the second part it took me 6 months to finally get my resale tax exempt put back on my account when it was on there already once......... "

"I believe Webstaurant has deceptive shipping practices.
Paid over $100 for next day shipping. Turned out to be two day shipping. I was referred to a link showing the technicalities. Since it was after 5pm, it really wouldn't be next day.
Even after completing the purchase, confirmation emails indicated next day delivery. Had something other been shown, I would've quickly cancelled the order.
Other customer friendly online stores are very clear about shipping/delivery dates & times during the shopping/checkout process. They don't post shipping time technicalities on separate links/pages that a customer has to track down.
For a next day $100 fee, a customer expects next day. I've purchased from Webstaurant before. May do so in the future, but now, it'll only be after checking out all other options. I prefer online stores I can trust and that won't rip me off on shipping costs. That's how I feel here, ripped off.

This information is listed directly under the shipping price so you are able to see it prior to checking out. Your Next Day shipping was still just one day shipping, however since it was placed after the cut off time it was processed the next day. I was able to take a look at your order and you placed it after 5:00 pm EST on a Wednesday. Your order did ship out on Thursday and was delivered on Friday.
