"I would give this a 5 star but if you have any type of oil in your product it will bleed thru the bag. I solved the problem by putting a thin plastic bag inside. Extra work especially if you do a high volume of product which I do."

I have been told by many comrades in this industry that Webstaurant is the only place they turn to for supplies and equipment. I am not disappointed in following their recommendations. Your customer service gave me accurate assessments of my shipping dates even though I wasn't very confident that it would be that swift and then, when I placed my order, they also calmed me down by reassuring me it would arrive sooner than I thought. Your packaging was superb. Your prices were and are more than competitive. I'm happy and the restaurant is happy. I hope to do much business with you and your staff in the future, as this is just the beginning for us!

"I believe Webstaurant has deceptive shipping practices.
Paid over $100 for next day shipping. Turned out to be two day shipping. I was referred to a link showing the technicalities. Since it was after 5pm, it really wouldn't be next day.
Even after completing the purchase, confirmation emails indicated next day delivery. Had something other been shown, I would've quickly cancelled the order.
Other customer friendly online stores are very clear about shipping/delivery dates & times during the shopping/checkout process. They don't post shipping time technicalities on separate links/pages that a customer has to track down.
For a next day $100 fee, a customer expects next day. I've purchased from Webstaurant before. May do so in the future, but now, it'll only be after checking out all other options. I prefer online stores I can trust and that won't rip me off on shipping costs. That's how I feel here, ripped off.

"I ordered a class k extinguisher and saw that it was not the one I originally saw when I googled class k dry extinguisher. This one was a class k wet extinguisher. So within the hour after placing my order I web chatted with them to ask to change my order because I needed the dry one. They were no help and said it wasn’t something they would do for me. So now I’m stuck with the wrong extinguisher and the refund policy has a 30% restocking fee plus shipping. Total ripoff artists. Never shopping this site again. Business lost"

"I purchased a mixer from them, upon initial use i noticed the mixer was defective. I contacted them immediately for a return, that's when i was told that they will not replace the item and i need to deal with the manufacturer. It should be in bold letters in their home page so customer's know what they are dealing with. They do not accept return and will not replace an item for you if it is defective. "

This is a drop ship outfit that controls no product. Better to use the big A or go direct to manufacturer.

"Recently bought a Meat Grinder machine from them with extended warranty. After a couple of uses (no more than 30 minutes in a single run) the machine started overheating and stops working. Upon contacting the customer support I was told that the company does not cover it under the warranty.
I donot understand why would they even sell a warranty if they cannot honor it. They might have a wide range of products but based on my experience the quality is definitely poor.
I would not be buying from them definitely and would be strongly suggest you to stay away as well.

When speaking to our Customer Solutions team you had confirmed that you had never lubricated the unit, and it does state in the manual that you must lubricate the head, plates, and knife of this meat grinder before and after each use. Since the instructions were not followed, this situation does fall under "misuse" which is not covered under the warranty.
