"I am in the process of renovating four bathrooms and have probably placed a dozen orders with The Bath Outlet in the past 6 months, for everything from towel racks to bathroom hooks to wastebaskets and hampers. Their products are outstanding in quality, they have a wide selection of styles and materials, and in the few instances when I ordered something that didn't work for me, returns were easy and my account was credited back promptly. I am a totally satisfied customer and recommend them wholeheartedly."

"Item I ordered showed that it was in stock. After not receiving it a month later, I went to the site to investigate. My order was put on backorder immediately after placing the order yet I was never notified that I would need to wait to receive the item. It is a good thing I am not in a hurry to receive this item. The right thing to do is list the product as "out of stock" up front, or send a message as such if someone has placed an order for it."

"You return policy is ridiculous. You state in your literature that you want to make it easy for a customer to return the product. It’s anything but easy and it’s time-consuming as well. When you have to prepare the box for return and the United States post office is the carrier, it’s anything but easy. I doubt that I’ll ever buy anything from your company again."

We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction regarding your received order. Regrettably, all damages and required photos for damages must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, as listed on our damages and return policy at all times on the website.
Unfortunately, damages were not reported until over a month after delivery, not 2 days after delivery. As this is significantly outside of the damages reported policy, as well as pictures showcasing all packaging and damages within this time frame, we regret to inform is not eligible under the damages policy for replacement or credit. The 30 day return policy is only valid for new, unused, undamaged products. As this item is being reported damaged, this goes by the damaged policy guidelines as outlined on our website at all times.
We truly apologize this is not the information hoped for, as we do our best to properly notify customers through our return and damages policy to report damages as soon as possible, or no later than 7 days after delivery so we may best assist.
We do value your business, though as this is so significantly out of policy by a month to report damages, this greatly deters a possible solution given the time in which it was reported. Stay well and take care!
