"I ordered a sink with console from their site. The price and picture showed sink with console - exactly what I wanted. I picked the sink for the console and the look. The site showed In Stock. I was then informed the next day that the console was out of stock. Spoke to a customer service rep who told me not to worry the sink can be wall mounted, but that he was collecting enough clients who want the console in order to place an order with the vendor. I was not in a hurry so I was okay waiting since it was what I wanted. I then received an email the afternoon of the 29th day from purchase informing me the console is no longer available (return window ends on the 30th). I did not see until several days later, past the return window. But, was assured it could be wall mounted. I decided to see if I could find a console from another vendor and when I looked on the site for the dimensions and saw that the console was available and IN STOCK - was thrilled. But, no informed that the website was wrong and order cancelled and same ole refrain not to worry the sink can be wall mounted. This week plumber and my LICENSED contractor who has done residential and commercial construction for 34 years went to install. He had built the wall to receive a wall mounted sink but discovered that if he followed the instructions the installation would be unsafe and he would not install as described. In addition, the sink had two defects/cracks even though no damage to the box. No help from customer service other than quoting their return policy, snarky comments questioning the skills of my licensed contractor, telling me to follow the manufacturer's instructions, that the console was just for decoration and if I would feel better having something underneath trying to sell me a pedestal that I could pay for along with shipping. In my opinion, I was in a losing position as soon as that sink left the warehouse. Even if I opened and tried to return in the 7-day window I would have to return and pay for shipping. If I would have returned in the 30-day window they would have denied the return because it was damaged and not resalable and did not meet their return policy. To many coincidences - seems they are selling inferior products and stringing customers along to after the 30 day return window. This is not a company I want to do business - if you do not fall for their "helpful" customer service. I will take my construction safety guidance from a LICENSED professional and not from a piece of paper or a customer service representative. If this had fallen from the wall it could seriously injure someone in addition to the damage it would do the wall and plumbing. This was a very expensive lesson I learned about this company I hope no one else has the same experience."

"The prices are higher, but the quality is worth it. We did 3 bathrooms with hardware from the Bath Outlet. And it’s solid stuff! You are going to pay about 60% of what you pay here if you go to Lowe’s or Home Depot, but you are going to need to either replace or repair the crap in a year or sooner. That was our experience. So we bit the bullet and spent the $$$ for quality the first time. "
