"We are renovating three bathrooms and ordered high end Italian fixtures. All but three were made in Italy. To our disappointment three fixtures although same brand but were made in China. I spoke to Maureen in their customer service who was a bit dismayed herself and very promptly advised me to return them without any charges. She was extremely polite, prompt and professional. She also reassured me that they will try to update their website as much as possible but often the manufacturer do not inform the country of origin.
