Their products are outstanding in quality, they have a wide selection of styles and materials, and in the few instances when I ordered something that didn't work for me, returns were easy and my account was credited back promptly. I am a totally satisfied customer and recommend them wholeheartedly."

"I purchased the chrome cups, soap dispenser, and brush. The soap dispenser is on back order and I still have not received. The square chrome cups were very light and did not have the shine I was expecting for the price I paid. I'm contemplating sending them back for refund but thought I'd wait until the soap dispenser shows up in case it has same issue. Very disappointed in The Bath Outlet. The quality was no better than (probably worse) than what I could buy at the chain hardware store yet without the wait on delivery. I will likely not purchase again from The Bath Outlet based on this experience."
