The soap doesn't come out. I think it's a product design flaw. Whatever you do, don't buy this model. It needs to be dispensed with!"

"In July 2020 I ordered the Modern Ceramic Console Sink With Counter Space & Chrome Base. This week I noticed a chip (@ 1" wide) on the front side of sink. I have no idea what happened. I could not even find the chipped piece; did it crumble?
I took pictures and discussed options with employees of a couple major hardware chains. I also asked, if perhaps a can of hair spray or similar fell from the medicine cabinet above the sink, could it create a large chip? I was told that was unlikely. I don't recall any falling/hitting the sink but grasping for straws.
I contacted The Bath Outlet for suggestions and received this response "do not have any suggestions or alternate solutions for reparation of ceramic chip." I appreciate any response but hoping for something with some substance. I'm not looking for a replacement sink; just guidance. I paid over $1000! Needless to say, I do not recommend. "
