UPDATE: Received SIGMA flash that appeared to have been handled {slight scuffs on L E D screen}. Returned for exchange with a promise of a refund of shipping charges {$17.10}. I got batteries and a charger instead .Unfortunately,I already have a dozen batteries and 5 chargers already. Would have preferred the refund instead. "Original order for battery and battery charger. Notified via email and phone call that battery charger not in stock. Another battery charger (an upgrade) was recommended for an additional cost. I hedged. Then told that since I was a new customer $10 would be discounted. I accepted."

"I ordered a battery charger for a camera. I needed the charger for a vacation, within 24 hours of ordering the item, they called and said it was not in stock and would not be available for 4 weeks. They suggested an alternative that would be compatible with my battery and that they would give me another battery. I received both in time for my vacation, but the charger would not charge my battery. I ended up having to buy a new camera on vacation because the charger did not work.
I called their CSR and they agreed to make things right by giving me a refund on the order. It seems to have been an honest mistake and they were very willing to make things right."

"Avoid. This is a pure 'bait-n-switch' retailer. I ordered a Canon 430EX II Speedlite, which according to their site was in stock. They called me back a few hrs later saying they're back ordered for 4 weeks. I check their site a week later and it still claimed the item was in stock. I cancelled my order and purchased from a more reputable store. I'd give them 0 stars if I could."
"Fast and easy to find item needed. Listed as in stock, but til filled it had become back ordered for 4 to 6 weeks. They called and suggested an appropriate substitute that was availble immediately. Called on Monday and had item by Friday (with the 4th of July in between). Highly recommended."
"This website is running a textbook bait and switch scam. The item I ordered was listed on their site as "In Stock" and at a very steep discount. Shortly after I placed my order they called me and said the item I ordered would be out of stock for 3-5 weeks, but they could offer me a "better" product for the same price. Not only was the product they tried to sell me vastly inferior, the "discounted" price they were trying to sell it to me for was $75 more than the MSRP! I told them I would wait the 3-5 weeks, which has come and gone, and now they said the item will be out of stock for another 3-4 weeks. Meanwhile, it’s still listed as "In Stock" on their website and has been this entire time.
If you read through the other reviews here you’ll notice a pattern, even most of the positive reviews mention something about the item they originally ordered being out of stock. Do not fall for it; they are trying to rip you off!

Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call and an e-mail message stating that the battery that I had ordered was on back order from the manufacturer. However, a higher capacity battery was available and I was give a special price to encourage me to upgrade. I approved the upgrade and the battery is being shipped. I found that the immediate care and quick follow-up was impressive. I will deal with this store again in the future."
