"I sent them 2 phones, thinking I would receive around $40. I was told 1 phone was worthless, but they would recycle it for me. The other one they said was only worth $7. I told them I was underwhelmed with their offer. They offered to return the phones, but before I had a chance to respond, they sent an email stating that my return was processed. "It was easy enough but they offered $95 for my phone if it was in excellent condition (which it was). Then when they actually received it they hit me with "Oh there is a slight ghost image on your screen so it isn't in excellent condition." I never saw any ghost image at any time. I'm convinced this is how they find a way to give you less money for your phone. I'm sure they know most people at that point are just going to say, yes just give me the lower amount, rather than shipping the phone back and starting all over."

We completely understand that a lot of people have this viewpoint. We are an internet based company and thus there are a lot of shady internet businesses. If you look at the overall reviews of our company right here on resellerratings you can see the large majority of the time we pay the full amount that is quoted. That is what we would like to do on all phones. However, we have to get a return as well and when a phone has a burned in image in the LCD, which is common in Samsung phones, they are worth less. Yours had quite noticeable burn and we would have been happy to have sent you a picture. We don't mind to ship a phone back to someone that is unhappy with the offer. I am sorry that you are unhappy. Unfortunately, your phone was not all original as the screen had been replaced, the LCD had dark spots in it, and the rear camera did not work.
