"I am a repeat customer to Thomas Distributing, and have been pleased every time with their products, support, and prompt shipment & delivery. This time, I bought a new charger and 3 sets of AA PowerEx batteries, to replace the last charger & batteries that I bought from them several years ago.

My experience with their customer service is also positive. A couple of years ago, I decided at the last minute to buy a 220V adapter plug for my charger. I called in the afternoon to see whether it could possibly go out that day, overnight delivery, and they made it happen, with the UPS guy waiting for them to pack it up so it would get out the door. I was very pleased with their sense of urgency to meet my need, and willingness to make that effort. I intend to come back again."
