When thredup finally processed my bag, they only gave me $9.76 for two items and rejected one item which was the blouse that matched the pants that was accepted. Did not make sense to me that they rejected the blouse and kept the matching pants. What a scam. Those items are worth way more than $9.76. I understand they have to make a profit but $9.76 is in my opinion was way too low. I will never send my garments for them to sell. I can do better selling it on ebay."

"Super slow shipping, sizes not as advertised! I placed two orders on the same day and purchased 5 items, out of which 4 are not at all the size advertised. I conveniently received no paperwork with the order packing slip, invoice, or merchandise return instructions) and cannot get a response from customer service. It appears that I am stuck with unusable items and out the money.
The only reason I am not rating one star is in fairness that one of the items was exactly as advertised and I am extremely pleased with the color, fit, and quality. However, after this experience, I will never order from ThredUp again."
