"The oder arrived quickly and nicely pachaged. The only thing I like to make a comment is about the size of the shoes, it's off. I think because the label is faded away, so it's hard to identify. I order two pair of shoes, one supposed to be 7 1/2, which turned out to big much bigger than 7 1/2, but it was so cute, luckily, I will give it to my friend who can fit just right. Another pair was supposed to be 9-1/2, for my sister, but it turns out much smaller. So I give away to another friend. I tried to see the exact size, but I can read the faded label. I think you might want to have a system to identify the right size.

But other than this, all is great. I did return two of the items which did not fit me. Overall, I love to shop on ThredUP! I will definitely buy from Thredup!

I only had one item that didn't fit, and unfortunately was non-returnable. Looks like Christmas is coming early for my best friend! I can't stop raving about this company to all of my friends. "I have purchased, returned and sold things on ThredUp. Great clothes, easy to use, couldn't be easier or more convenient. Shipping takes a few days (I'm probably spoiled by Amazon Prime), but everything arrives intact. You get almost nothing for clothes you are selling to them. They are clear to check the box to get your stuff back if you don't want it trashed or to sell it for $.01. Be careful!! It's hard to believe when you sendin a bagful of Land's End, St. John, etc. clothing that the value assessed is $14. Whatever. The real value is that my closet is cleaner and I didn't have bring the stuff to Goodwill, they did it for me!"

"I sent you around 20 items initially and was extremely disappointed with the $4.50 that I got from the about 6 items you accepted. By the way, ALL of the items you accepted sold (for how much I have no idea). So then I am stuck with needing to buy something from you to even use the $4.50 credit. I did order boots that I believe were highly priced. We are happy with the boots, but I know I could have spent less and I was just wanting to use up my credit and be done with you. I will never send anything or buy anything from you ever again. I will also talk negatively (I mean honestly) about my experience any chance I get. This is due to the fact that I was asked how I felt via email back when I got my $4.50 and it was noted that all responses would be address.
