"I have loved nearly every single item I have received from ThredUp! My only suggestion is consistency with packaging and labeling. I have had some packages arrive in polkadot ThredUp boxes whereas other, disappointingly, arrived in normal unmarked boxes. I also got one box that strangely didn't have ThredUp tags on any of the items. It might sound silly, but the packaging is part of what makes the ThredUp experience for me, so I notice the inconsistencies.

I also have noticed that recently there has been a change where some items are described as "needs washing." This is concerning to me, since I don't know exactly what that means, and I previously thought that all items were washed prior to being sent. I have decided not to buy items based on this description, and am just hoping that items without that description are, in fact, washed before they are sent to me."
