But, the handbag, which was non returnable was supposed to be leather and was a little ugly plastic thing that could hardly be opened enough to put a wallet into. But I love the clothing and have already worn both pieces twice."

Also, I want to make an order and if you don't order, the items disappear from your cart in less than a day. I prefer to make a large order, and sometimes it takes me 2 days to look through the available items. Also, returning customers get no discounts - only new customers. What about loyalty?? "

"The payout amounts are extremely low compared to the prices they are reselling the items for. Also the shipping is excruciatingly slow for 2015. Who wants to wait 1 week+ for an order and pay for shipping besides. The combination of low payout and slow/expensive shipping makes me reconsider ordering.

The customer service is great and they have always been helpful and responsive.

I'm also disappointed that they took the search suggestions away when you view an item. I still do order regularly, but would probably order more often if not for these issues."
