"I have always been very happy with the quality of the shoes, clothing, and handbags I have purchased from ThredUp.
The customer service has never been of the same quality as the products. I don't think the agents are particularly CARING or INTELLIGENT as I have had to answer questions which were already addressed in my original message -- and I DON'T get answers to MY QUESTIONS.
I have had a recurring issue with my order history. ThredUp told me I inadvertently had two accounts, which they merged. BUT the issue continues. My order history has twice disappeared just as I am preparing to make returns. When this happens, I cannot complete the normal return process -- so I can't make a record of it online nor can I print the return shipping label.
The customer service PHONE NUMBER is IMPOSSIBLE to find. . . .thus, we must try to work with the VERY SLOW process of awaiting responses through email ---- while our 14 days for returns tick away. . . .
To summarize No complaints about the products, and NO SATISFACTION with customer service.

"I purchased six different items and only one of them turned out to be what I wanted. I had a pair of dress pants that fit perfectly however they were brown and the color looked black in the photo. The jeans were in a brand I'd never bought and they turned out to be WAY too small. I bought a dress as well that looked much cuter on the website and ended up being a really strange length and it was too big. Just overall I was really excited to get this shipment and the only thing that worked was a light sweater that I got on clearance. Unfortunately I used my 40% off coupon code and returned all but the $5 sweater. "

"I love getting my kid's clothes at thredUP - I find their pricing to be on par with what I'd expect. I shop for bargains as kid's grow out of their clothes so quickly. If the pricing is close to "new" clothes, I'll bypass but lately, I have noticed that they have been quite fair with pricing of kid's clothing. I was happy with everything I got...it's lightly used items and they are exactly as I expected. "

"I purchased 24 items. Several were marked "tiny flaw" and we're final sale. A couple of the items marked "tiny flaw" were in fact trashed. One had food stains on the bottom hem, three grease spots scattered elsewhere and was thread bare in several locations. Another fleece was speckled with unremovable latex paint. The items are rags that would have been rejected by Goodwill. This company has little integrity."
