"Thredup ships quickly, which is nice, but it takes forever to process returns, which is annoying especially when you opt for store credit because in some instances I've waited weeks before i can use it. Also, a little more detail would be great, like if the polka dots on a shirt are made with sequins it would be nice to know, so you aren't surprised when it arrives and then have to return it because you wouldn't be caught dead in sequins. "
