"I have been very happy with how efficient this whole process has been. I have been hanging on to clothes I didn't fit, like or need for so long hoping to have time to sell them one day, but now I can very easily send them off and have ThredUP do all the work for me. I don't have to iron and hang and jump through a bunch of hoops...just load up the bag and drop it in the mail. The payout is reasonable and customer service has been great. I also noticed a few items that were sent with tags were depicted for sale as like new condition-when in fact they had tags and were never worn. I don't think I'll be using this service again. I also wish ThredUp were more transparent about what happens to the clothes they do not accept."
