"I sent in 2 bags of clothes, half which were new with tags and they rejected everything except for 2 dresses! On top of that, the marketing manager asked me how my experience was using the Thred Up Clean Out bags and I sent him an email expressing how surprised and shocked I was that they only selected 2 items from my bags and if they would send me my clothes back. No Response, even after sending a follow up email. The clothes I bought from the site were nice but I would not recommend sending in your clothes, better to send to a consignment shop, you will get better returns on your clothes!"

"Both dresses were to small, need to let customers know when they run small. I usually wear size 4 and they were way to tight.
