"As you can see I am writing this review on 6/24/15. I ordered my polka dot "clean out" bag on 4/1/15 and as of 6/24/15 I never received it. I wrote to them in May and received a response and they stated that it would be sent out again. I never received that bag either. I wrote to them again on 6/23/15 and "Charlay" in customer service basically stated that if USPS does not recognize the address, then the bag is sent back. They never stated if that was the issue or not. They did not offer a resolution or anything. From reading the reviews I am taking this as a sign that I was not supposed to do business with this company."

"they did not tell me that i had to have a printer, i don't have one, so i sent them back at my expense, i am 65 year young i don't have that kind of money. the price was $20.00 plus it was quite frustrating , it cost me more to send the stuff back then it was worth. Now I've read the other reviews, and I'm surprised people have such complaints about the pricing when they send in a bag they don't think they're getting enough.
I have sold to ThredUp and sure, I'm not making a ton of $$$ but I'm not wearing the stuff anyway, so I'm glad to get something from it- and I use the credit to buy more clothes that I WILL wear. The pricing structure is online, so there shouldn't be any surprises when you get your payout. If you want to get the stuff back that they won't accept, you can request that from the get go. I'll continue to sell my clothes to thredup because I have too many, and they aren't doing me any favors sitting on hangers in my closet. "
