"Ordered through the last two times, and both times they didn’t send me all of the tickets i ordered. First time I called about not receiving it, representative kept saying that it was sent but I never received it. So I had to dispute this charge. Second time trying them again, also didn’t receive my tickets. Had to call axs to see if they can tell me what they see on their end, and they saw exactly what I saw… missing tickets. Had to call TickPick then and go through so much to finally get them to realize that the transfer did not go through. So annoying! "

"I would give Zero stars if I could. They are thieves. Over 12 emails telling them I couldn’t access our tickets and they never resolved the issue. We didn’t make an event we spent hundreds on because their system would not allow transfer of the tickets. Worse they REFUSED to refund us. For an event that was postponed twice for TWO years later due to covid that every other ticket vendor refunded for. They STOLE our $$ and never delivered product. "
