"Purchased tickets for a hockey game. Received an email 3 hours before the game that the person who was supposed to transfer me the tickets cancelled the transfer. I contacted the TickPick customer service and was told to wait for 2 hours whilst they tried to contact the broker of my tickets. 2 hours went by and no one called and I followed up twice via email requesting an update. I am now currently on a call trying to get my money back. I am a very nice person but this was by far the worst experience with tickets in my life. I have deleted the app and will never go through them ever again."

My last purchase was for an FSU game on August 27th....Also my birth day....Got to take my fiance to his (our) first FSU game and we loved it. we were so close to the field and other than the rain delay, we had an amazing night.

I then contacted the Oakland Athletics customer service, after explaining this to them, they compt me a ticketd.

Thank you for leaving this review. I am truly sorry you were unable to locate the ticket in time for your baseball game. The order number you have included was thoroughly reviewed. The order was made and completed on 08/14/2022, 6 days before the event took place. The tickets were transferred on the MLB Ballpark App, and we have gotten valid confirmation proof from the seller on that. I am not seeing any attempted reach out to our company when you could not locate the tickets.
Please make sure to contact us at 845-538-4567 if you are unable to locate your tickets after receiving the delivered email. Your tickets were delivered multiple days before the event and since you never contacted us, we had no way of knowing you were having any issues.
Please make sure to call us next time so we can assist, and you are able to have access to your purchased tickets! ”

Thank you for leaving this review, and to begin we are truly sorry for the experience you had with your order. I have thoroughly reviewed this order and can hopefully provide a bit more information for you.
TickPick is a secondary marketplace, so we act as the middleman between buyers and sellers but do not actually have access to the inventory being sold on our platform.
The seller was delayed in sending your tickets, so we did need to place them on a deadline to deliver. Once they delivered, it appears the pending transfer was then canceled. Our team has to investigate those orders to find out what happened. We have policies laid out in place to prevent this and penalize sellers when they do anything involving misconduct on the order. Sometimes our investigations can take up to a week to get resolved and it appears this order was fully refunded for the mistake. We have also penalized the seller for misconduct and placed $50 in credit on your account for the trouble on your order.
We hope you will give TickPick another chance! ”
