"This site is specifically designed to protect the sellers and to make the company as much of a profit as possible. Immediately after my purchase of tickets I went to the venue's website to try to get a "view from my seat" type of thing. Not only did I find out that my exact seats were still available for purchase from the venue, but they were $245 cheaper for 4 tickets! I called TickPick customer service when I saw that and their response was "oh well!"
So basically I just spent $245 extra to have some a-hole now go to the venue's website and buy those tickets that they sold me, that they DON'T EVEN OWN YET!!! I am beyond infuriated. I could've bought 6 tickets directly from the venue for the price of 4 tickets on this website! Shame on you seller, and i will NEVER use TickPick again."

"The transaction was smooth and fairly easy. The only problem was spending so much money on the tickets and not finding out where our seats were until the day before the game. We were not totally satisfied with where we were seated. My husband and I would only use the site again if we knew where the tickets were during the purchase. Random seating on the 10 yard line for 8500 a ticket was ridiculous. We deserved better seating for that price."

As the event gets closer exact locations are listed, but zone seats cannot be returned or refunded so it is a bit of a gamble. We hope next year you'll be able to purchase seats in the exact area you'd like to sit.”
"Inside the venue where the ticket pick up was fine. Everyone was very nice. The neighborhood was a slum with homeless people all around. I ask the person who gave me my ticket why they picked such a neighborhood. He apologized. I told him my car was parked 2 blocks away. He said ask the security outside to walk you to your car. I did and he told me he can't leave, just be careful and put your ticket in your pocket, because people are trying to steal them. I was happy to get to my car safe and leave."
