"This is my third purchase with Tickpicks and everything has always went smooth. My current tickets I purchased while having some wine and forgot the details of delivery, so today I reached out by email and they responded and cleared me up in less than an hour! This will always be my first go-to option for buying tickets to concerts and the NYC Broadway shows from here on out! Saved me time and lots of money in unnecessary fees "
"Perfect!!! Timely delivery "
"I would give Zero stars if I could. They are thieves. Over 12 emails telling them I couldn’t access our tickets and they never resolved the issue. We didn’t make an event we spent hundreds on because their system would not allow transfer of the tickets. Worse they REFUSED to refund us. For an event that was postponed twice for TWO years later due to covid that every other ticket vendor refunded for. They STOLE our $$ and never delivered product. "
"…and price well to boot! Highly recommend."
"TickPick is the best app for tickets to events bar none. There aren’t any hidden fees, what you see if what you pay, unlike the main ticket sellers… anyway, easy to use interface and great customer support, highly recommend! "
"This was my first time buying tickets from TickPick and I will use them for ALL my ticket needs!!!!"
"Bought expensive tickets (to Elton John) and was worried about their legitimacy but guess they are legit!"
"The reason I’m writing a review is that Tickpick is the worst run company I’ve ever dealt with. I sold a pair of tickets on the website and was informed by email that I have to deliver then strait to the customers email. I’ve dealt with several websites and not one had you send them to the customer strait from you. This is a big problem because they don’t know if you sent them or not. The customer could also say they never received them which happened in my case. I had proof of transfer and the email when Ticketmaster returned them because the customer never claimed them. Which was halftime of the game so too late to resell them. I sent them 3 emails and have yet to get a response in 7 days. I tried calling in which I sat on hold for over 45 mins then they told me I had to email them and hung up on me. So when it was time to pay me they told me they the tickets were never sent and I owed the customer the 326$ back and owed them 489$ for the inconvenience. Wtf I called them and the person on the phone told me there was nothing they can do very rudely. So I told her I will never sell on tickpick again and tell everyone that will listen how horribly run company tickpick is. So don’t buy or sell your tickets on this scam site. "
"Total fraud. Theater even didn't accept the ticket I bought from them. I tried several times to issue refund - no luck.
It's ok dear TickPick team. Remember you took my $100 alone with all possible money problems in my whole life.
Good luck with losing your business."
"Great follow up with seller of my tickets. The seller uploaded the wrong tickets so I called Tick Pick and they got the issued resolved and they sent me the correct tickets that included an upgrade in seating.
"
"Bought tickets for the Clippers game and they were NEVER transferred to me via email. I checked junk mail, called both TickPick and the stadium- no one could either help me or find the tickets. When I got to the actual box office, they showed me that the seats I bought were still open. TICKPICK TOTALLY SCAMMED ME. My money went down the drain, we missed the first quarter of the game, and had to spend more money on seats through another site (SeatGeek is the way to go). Now TickPick is refusing to refund me. I am incredibly frustrated with this company and will NEVER EVER USE AGAIN."
"I bought tickets before the virus went rampant again for wicked for January 8th. Yes sales are final , however ,these are not normal times and exceptions should be made and I have underlying health issues and they will not refund me or offer to exchange the tickets. They said sell them. Hello this is for two weeks away and the virus is rampant .no one will buy them. I have never during this whole pandemic worked with a company with less compassion ..it’s all about money to them … sorry $322 is a lot of money to me. Do not buy tickets during Covid from them "
"PLEASE DONT BUY FROM TICKPICK IT IS NOT WORTH IT. THERE IS NO REAL SECURITY / GUARANTEE ON THE TICKET. If you don’t feel like reading, even though you may have purchased a ticket, if the ticket seller does not release the ticket, you will not attend the event, and Tickpick will do little to nothing to compensate you for this. Do yourself a favor and buy directly with the sports team or a reputable ticket seller if you want to be guaranteed access to an event. Also, Tickpick’s customer service is absolutely brutal so it is not worth the time arguing with people who could care less if you get to the event or not.
I bought tickets to an event, and did not receive my tickets within the 24-48hr window they guaranteed. FOUR HOURS before the event, I had to reach out to them to figure out what’s going on. They explained to me that the seller has not released the tickets for the event and they will be reaching out to him for a response. If they can’t reach him, they GUARANTEED me that they would get me other tickets so I would not miss the event. AN HOUR before the event I had still not heard back from them, so I called again. To no surprise, the person who had my tickets could not be reached, but now, they claimed that there were no more seats left in the arena (or at least for the price range equivalent for my ticket which is x2 the price). All they could offer me was a refund (which honestly should have been more considering I was waiting for this event for 2 months and I had to chase after them only to find out that I cant go).
I ended the call, and out of curiosity looked on their website for tickets they could have upgraded me to and THERE WERE SEVERAL OPTIONS. Frustrated, I called back and explained this to them, and instead of using my refund credits and paying the rest of the amount, they only issued me a small credit in which I still had to pay for the tickets (WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A FREE UPGRADE)!!! I was stuck in the city as I planned to watch the game, so I had no option but to pay. All this is happening with 15 minutes before the event by the way, I had to sprint to the event and ended up missing the first 5 minutes of the period.
After all of this, I wrote a request to get refunded the extra amount I paid as it was absolutely ridiculous how they were able to squeeze more money out of me. I have not yet heard a response; it has been a month that I have been waiting.
Unfortunately for me, I bought 2 events at the same time. The tickets for the second event were actually sent to me ahead of time, which was a bit more relieving. However, what I discovered after this process is that if the event you purchased is a popular enough, Tickpick essentially allows the ticket holder to hold on to their ticket for a fee, whereas the Tickpick customer gets screwed over with almost no customer service. Even if you put up a fight they will still waste your time and money. I learned my lesson, from now on I will be purchasing tickets directly from a sports club or with a reputable company like Ticketmaster, etc."
"I ordered my Life is Beautiful wristband in May 2021. I wrote TickPick in June 2021 asking to change to overnight shipping and they confirmed they would change my order to overnight shipping.
My confirmation said my wristband should arrive September 16th for the event that would take place on the 18th. It had not yet shipped so I sent an email on September 16th. I did not hear back so I called TickPick and they then informed me that since I used Apple Pay, my address was not included with my purchase. They said the seller had tried to contact me but I had not received any communication from anyone (the seller or TickPick) regarding this matter. I spoke with 4 different people in the next 2 days, who all said they would follow up regarding the matter only 2 of them followed up.
Mind you I was flying to a different city for the event with no wristband in hand. They then said they were trying to get the wristband to will call for pickup.
Moral of the story, I never received the wristband and they stated they will not refund me because it was my responsibility.
I had no idea they didn’t have my address because every time I’ve ever used Apple Pay I have received the item I ordered. They also never informed they didn’t have my address until I called.
So I warn you to be sure not to use Apple pay and if you do, call them to confirm.
I will never buy from TickPick again and caution all of you as well since they say they guarantee tickets and they actually don’t. "
"The first time I used TickPick I di not have an issue. Everything worked great. The second time was a different story. I ordered tickets to an event on July 21, 2021. On Aug. 21 I received an e-mail lettings me know that I would be receiving the tickets via AXS. On Aug. 25 I received another e-mail telling me that my tickets were being delivered to AXS and I should follow the link and download the AXS app. I did so but could not find the tickets. I checked the Tick Picks site and they state that there may be a delay in the delivering of tickets but they guarantee they would be delivered by the 27th (the date of the event). On the date of the event, I tried to call Tick Picks but they was a recording saying they are not answering calls due to Covid and would only be communicating via e-mail. I sent an e-mail and also called and spoke with AXS. I was able to reach an AXS representative by phone while my daughter reached another rep via e-mail. Neither representative could find any tickets for me. Since the event was in 2 hours, I purchased new tickets feeling that I would be getting a refund from Tick Picks due to their guarantee and because I had never received my purchased product. That evening a rep from TickPick e-mailed me and stated an investigation would be initiated. At the end of the investigation I was told that they could not penalize the seller as the seller sent my tickets to Ticketmaster on Aug. 21. I informed them that I was never notified by Ticketmaster nor TickPick. I again reiterated that I was sent 2 e-mails stating my tickets would be sent to AXS. The TickPick site also states that there may be a delay in delivery until the day of the event. Why would I be looking for tickets at Ticketmaster when I never received an e-mail from any of the parties stating my tickets were there? They said the best they could offer was a $100 credit from TickPick but they could not refund my money. I refused as I paid $300 for tickets that I never received. I never got an e-mail from TickPick telling me to contact Ticketmaster. I never got an e-mail from the seller telling me they were sent to Ticketmaster. I never got an e-mail from Ticketmaster. TickPick is correct, the seller is not at fault. This was a flaw in the delivery system that TickPick uses and a miscommunication on their part."
A rep from TickPick, TickPick.1, has responded:
“Hi, thank you for the wonderful review! Here at TickPick we love hearing about great experiences! We hope you continue to enjoy using TickPick for all your ticketing needs! ”
