"First encounter I was denied access into a concert. The ticket that was provided was already scanned. The second concert I paid for tickets at a concert and the seller never released them to me. At the end of the day it’s just not worth saving $5 or $10 to have to deal with all the BS of being denied entry to a show you paid for with this app. There are many other apps that are far more reliable. Both concerts due to TickPick I missed the first 4/5 songs trying to get everything sorted out, ended up having to go to the box office to purchase tickets for entry, so double the $$$$ to get in. It takes 10days to get your money back from TickPick. So if you use this app have a back up plan and extra $$$$ on hand or you may end up going back home and **** off. Lucky I had extra money and I got us in but was super **** and this app ruined both concerts for us!!!!
Just think of app based shady scalpers! That’s what this joke of company is. They could have easily said we’ve sent you new tickets for entry but no. You have to communicate through email standing outside a concert to try to get things sorted out and it never happened. No PH# to call!
Writing about it makes me so angry so I’ll stop. "

Here at TickPick we do our best to ensure all tickets are valid for entry and seldomly when there is an issue with tickets like your order, we strive to correct it as quickly as possible. We would love to say there are never any seller's out there who would sell invalid tickets, but that is just not the case. We do our best to ensure when those orders are caught being sold on our platform, we act quickly to resolve the situation and ensure that does not happen again.
We have live agents between the hours of 9AM and 11PM EST daily for assistance over the phone as well. Our number is listed on the website for easy access. I would advise with any urgent issues like this to please make sure to call us right away so we can attempt to find replacement tickets at no cost to you.
After reviewing the order pertaining to this review, I can see you were fully refunded and also issued complimentary credit on your account for future use. At the time of closing the case, your response to our Risk Management team seemed rather happy with the results so I am sorry you felt 10 days later to leave this review and wish we could have handled this better for you at the time of closing when we reached out.

"Bought tickets for Lady Gaga concert over a year ago. When tour was postponed and no new date was provided was not allowed to receive a refund. Paid $274 for Nosebleed tickets only to later learn these same tickets were selling for around $100 on THEIR OWN WEBSITE. So much for best possible price as they claim on their homepage. When I called to request either a refund or upgrade was told no. When I asked to speak to the manager was told the manager was unavailable and was then hung up on. Will absolutely NEVER use TickPick again. Would not recommend unless you want a horrible experience."

I am truly sorry your experience was not exceptional. We here at TickPick do strive to ensure all orders are flawless and both our buyers and sellers are happy with the outcome. I was able to review the order and I also reviewed the call and the agent whom you were disconnected with did attempt to call back right away and had to leave a voicemail. Sometimes our connections can be a bit spotty, but we will always have an agent reach back out if the call is disconnected due to connection issues.
There are many contributing factors that go into a seller's decision on how to set their prices (which is wholly out of TickPick's control), such as the demand for the event and how close it is to the event date. This is the norm across all secondary markets, but what separates us from our competitors is that we do not tack on any service fees to the listed price like other sites. we are a secondary market that doesn't own of any tickets listed for sale on the site that is instead comprised of ticket listings from hundreds of different sellers (mostly professional ticket brokers) who are listing their own tickets for sale at prices generally determined by market value. As is in our User Agreement, these prices may be above or below the face value that is printed on the tickets that buyers receive.

"Never EVER sell your tickets on this site. They only care about the buyers on this site, not the sellers. They swindle you in order to get money from the buyer and the seller.
Then they charge the seller twice even when their site is the one that messed up. Their customer service doesn’t do anything helpful but give you automatic emails.
I feel sad and disrespected after using this site."

I was able to look over the order and it appears that you had listed the incorrect section and once that listing is up and viewable to the public - the tickets would need to be delivered as listed. The buyer on the order was expecting GA tickets and you did not deliver GA tickets. We would strive for all orders to be filled correctly and if you were buying tickets, you would expect them to arrive with the section as ordered as well, I believe. The product you listed was not what you delivered to the buyer which is not fair to the buyer. We did need to find suitable replacement GA tickets for the buyer on the order. I also do see that you were having difficulties getting your listing to post and received an error. We would ask that next time you come across an issue to please reach out to our agents for further assistance and not to continue the listing incorrectly. ”
