"Ive been going to Tick Pick for tickets for the past 5 years. No fees was definitely a plus. No more. They lost me as a customer. Now you have to go on a secondary site to retrieve my tickets. It was very confusing and I didn’t have enough time to go through the steps to get my tickets. I basically lost my money and never went to the game. I can understand security, but there has to be a better and easier way for the customer to get there tickets while being secure. I’m sure I’m not the only person having issues with this new procedure. I would love a refund by Tick Pick. "
