As stated in our user agreement once tickets are purchased we cannot issue refunds for postponements as the tickets are still valid for attendance on the rescheduled date of the event. If you are unable to attend a rescheduled event we encourage our customers to re-sell the tickets they purchased on our site for the new date once announced.”
