This is because we are a ticket marketplace, and we need to be fair to our sellers, we cannot revoke payment from them and issue a refund when they've done nothing wrong. However if someone does change their mind about a purchase we encourage them to go ahead and sell the tickets via our website themselves in order to recoup whatever was spent. We're sorry for any trouble that was had locating how to edit ticket prices and thought you may like to know that on our website in our FAQ we provide a step by step guide to selling tickets and everything that goes along with the process, including editing ticket prices and disclosing seat specific information. ”

At present we are unable to change the payment method used on an order after its been placed, however before each order is placed customers are given the option to re-enter their card information to reflect the card they would like to be charged for the order.
