"I order one ticket for the jay-z and beyonce OTR II tour when they open the second date for the atl. on 06/27/18 I went on to Ticketmaster to see that they open a 2 new section club crater vip and just a regular club carter. so I called in to upgrade my seats to the regular club carter . I spoke with a total of 6 people 5 being ticket master reps. the first rep told me that I could only upgrade my ticket online, I knew that was wrong because online it says I would have to call in. so I ended the call and call back in and got another rep. I was on hold with her for 30 mins she kept checking back in saying that she was trying to grab the tickets the last time that she checked she told me that she couldn't get the ticket and she didn't understand why she couldn't get it for me and for me to call back later to see if the next rep can get it. I called back in and the next rep said the same as the previous rep but she told me I would have to call live nation to do the upgrade or get a refund. she gave me the number and I called, turns out that she gave me the wrong dept number. so I got the correct and I spoke with the rep form live nation and she told me that she didn't understand what Ticketmaster told me to call they are only handling the vip section. she told me to call back and ask to speak to the supervisor and not let them trans me to the vip department because its nothing they can do. I called back in to ticket master and spoke with a guy and he act as if he didn't care at all to what I was saying when I said that I would like a refund he says I couldn't get one to just resale the tick back on ticket master. I ask to speak to his supervisor and trans me to him. supervisor gets on the phone and I had to tell him everything over for the 6th time. only for him to tell me he couldn't do it however he say if the rep told me that I could get a refund then they will have to give it back. he ask what rep said I told him. I gave him a call back number and he said they will playback the call and they will give me a call back. I've never received a called back from anyone

"Tried to buy tickets for tonights Nuggets game in Denver and when i received my tickets they were for march 6th IN DALLAS. Immediately called TM who said the site probably rerouted me. They refused to refund me my $364. After 3 hours on hold waiting to speak to supervisors they finally (easily) resolved the problem and issued a refund. Do not take "no" for an answer with these people. They CAN refund. "

Wrote e-mail to Customer service, got an automatic acknowledgement saying they would respond ASAP. 4 days, no response. Called Customer service 5 times, told lines are busy, "Please call back later." "As soon as I listed my ttks for sale on Ticketmaster they blocked me from the site??? I couldn't make adjustments update pricing, check on using insurance for unused ttks or anything. When I called customer service and after a 35 min hold time they answered. As soon as I told the rep my issue she said there was something wrong with her phone and she couldn't here me well. It was like a bad cell phone commercial. Can you hear me now??? Can you hear me now?? Then she says I cant hear you well enough to help. You need to hang up and call back later. Sounded like she was in a high school cafeteria. I said no I will not hang up. She then proceeded to tell me she couldn't hear and I needed to hang up again. After about 5 times back and forth she hung up. I eventually got in using my cell phone and opened a ttk. Here is there response 4 days after the concert.

I purchased Red Impact Festival tickets to the Impact Festival in Krakow Poland for June 2017. These tickets included tribune seats for the value of 330zl/90$.
According to the arena map provided at the time of the purchase these tribunes were located in section A, which is in the inner circle of the arena for the value of 330zl/90$.
When I received my tickets, I noticed that I was placed in sections C2 and C4 which is located in the far outer circle of the arena. Therefore, if I check the arena seating map for these sections prices ranged from 199zl/50$ to 249zl/66$.
I was very confused why I received these seats because I was expecting to sit in the inner circle. Then two weeks before the event Ticketmaster updated the seating map on their website and changed all the prices of the seats. Now 330zl/90$ seats became 399zl/105$ and the 249zl/66$ seats became 330zl/90$. It was like they decided the seats are too valuable and gave me worse seats for the same value.
Simply it’s like buying a 55-inch TV and receiving a 30-inch upon delivery because they realized the value of 55-inch was too big for the price.
I feel like I took part in a lotto with Ticketmaster’s service. If I knew they were going to do this I could have bought the same seats for much cheaper instead of buying their so-called packet.
Lastly, Ticketmaster doesn’t provide any customer service. There is no way to contact them and they never respond to any phone calls or queries. "
