On April 8, I purchased 25 tickets in Section 106 for the May 13, 2023 7:30pm Colorado Rapids Game. I still have not received confirmation of 10 tickets. Six are in Section 106, Row 2 - Order #52491824. Four tickets are in Section 106, Row 7 - Order #52491829. 15 tickets have been confirmed in the same section and some in same row.
I am getting very anxious about the additional 10 seats. It is now April 30. I depart for Denver on May 9 and want the ticket transaction completed and on my phone, prior to my departure. This is for my 75th birthday celebration with family from across the country gathering together in Denver. (I am located in Southern California.) I really need this settled ASAP. Don't really have the capacity to deal with this once I leave for Denver.
Can you assist with finalizing my last two groups of tickets? I've invested several thousand dollars in the tickets, my credit card has been charged, and I am short 10 tickets.

P.S. My sales rep was very helpful and I appreciated her working with me. But, I cannot directly reach her at the general number. It took me an hour to reach some early this month, only to be told the tickets would still arrive and not to worry and goodbye. I am now worried!"

HE THEN TRANSFERED ME TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO SAID NO REFUNDS ONCE YOU CHECK THE BOX. I NEVER CHECKED ANY BOX. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, AGGRAVATION AND $$ BY GOING DIRECTLY TO LIVE NATION OR TICKETMASTER. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO TICKET CENTER.COM. THEY LIE....... AND THEIR PRICES ARE HIGH VERSUS LIVE NATION AND TICKET MASTER. THEIR WEBSITE LOOKS LIKE THE SITE OF THE VENUE FOR PURCHASING TICKETS. WHEN IT ISN'T. "
"As with everyone else, had no idea this was a “third-party seller” type website. Got tickets to see Jason Isbell in Asheville. Tickets were $50 more than ticket pricing through the “actual” event site. I am sick over it. I splurged on two tickets because I have always wanted to see him. Now, I feel completely let down and stupid for purchasing through this site. I just can’t believe it. I have to save for things like this, i.e. concerts. I don’t have money just to go to concerts all the time. I can’t even remember the last time I bought tickets for a concert. Like I said, I decided to splurge. Absolutely sick over the amount of money spent over what I should have spent. Hard lesson learned. "

"They advertise that the show is nearly or completely sold out then after you purchase and find out you could have gotten current/existing tickets (and BETTER ones) for much less, you're out of luck. The customer service will repeat the 'terms and conditions' until you hang up on them. NO CHANCE OF REFUND. AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
"I've been planning and hoping to be able to afford to take my son to see Metallica in the Snake Pit for years. It was really important to me that I made this happen and I made sure my account balance could support the hefty ticket price before ordering. I tried and tried but it would NOT work! Joan sat with me on the phone as we tried calling my bank (to remove limits after business hours). She gave me 3 different numbers to try and kept me from losing my mind! Finally we figured out a plan and at least got 1/2 tickets. The issue was 100% my bank and my not ever having spent that much before to know I had a limit. Joan spent almost 45 minutes with me and never ever caused my frustrations to do anything but lower. Tomorrow I will drive up to my bank and wait for them to update my limit amount so I can get MY ticket!
I am a psychologist. I work with people who are in crisis all day every day. When I called Ticket Master, I was in crisis! It sounds silly but it's true. Last time I saw Metallica was with my sister when we moved from the 1990's to... this. My sister passed away but she left the love for Metallica which grew in my son. He has never seen them- Motley Crue and KISS was the first concert I took him to when he was 9. Now, because of Joan's help and patience with me, I can bring my son his dinner up to work- AND the confirmation of Snake Pit Tix!!! OMG!!!!!"

"I ordered two tickets to a Round Rock Express game for Friday, March 31st at 7:05pm. At 5pm I received an email saying the game was cancelled and would be rescheduled. Being Friday afternoon, I left my office and told my wife the game was cancelled. We made other plans. I was in traffic for 1 hour. I get home tonight and see an email that came in at 5:15pm saying ….oh… the game isn’t cancelled. I had left my office and was in traffic… not checking my email. The tickets were $172…. Customer service tells me… I’m sorry, even though we sent a miscommunication we can’t issue tickets to another game or refund your money. This is wrong on every level. Absolutely terrible customer service and they couldn’t care less. I will be escalating to the Round Rock Express office and will publish this in every place I can find to warn everyone about their horrible customer service. Beware using this website to buy any event tickets!!!!!"
