"I have been the victim of Theft Identity and was worried about my tickets. I called to see what was going on with my tickets since I could not see QR Code. It was explained to me that I would receive it the day of the concert. Day of concert no QR Code. The Rep. walked me through the process I needed to do to receive the QR Code. I am not techno savvy and he was very patient with me as well as personable. He always reassured me I would get the code & would see the concert. I finally got the code and was very happy. Ill defiantly use them again. 5 Stars"

They don't allow returns and because they have an "All Sales Are Final" statement, there is no disputing the charge.

"Second time I accidentally purchased from this company, thinking I was purchasing from direct venue. Just dropped $340 for two tickets that are selling through actual venue for $30 each. Customer service is non-existent, all auto and not helpful. I realized I made the mistake within minutes of purchasing and tried to cancel my order right away, to no avail. It's my mistake, for sure, but this company's moral sense is completely non-existent. When every dollar counts and I'm out $280 extra bucks for a mother's day present, it's a very hard pill to swallow. Will definitely be more careful next time. On April 8, I purchased 25 tickets in Section 106 for the May 13, 2023 7:30pm Colorado Rapids Game. I still have not received confirmation of 10 tickets. Six are in Section 106, Row 2 - Order #52491824. Four tickets are in Section 106, Row 7 - Order #52491829. 15 tickets have been confirmed in the same section and some in same row.
I am getting very anxious about the additional 10 seats. It is now April 30. I depart for Denver on May 9 and want the ticket transaction completed and on my phone, prior to my departure. This is for my 75th birthday celebration with family from across the country gathering together in Denver. (I am located in Southern California.) I really need this settled ASAP. Don't really have the capacity to deal with this once I leave for Denver.
Can you assist with finalizing my last two groups of tickets? I've invested several thousand dollars in the tickets, my credit card has been charged, and I am short 10 tickets.

"As with everyone else, had no idea this was a “third-party seller” type website. Got tickets to see Jason Isbell in Asheville. Tickets were $50 more than ticket pricing through the “actual” event site. I am sick over it. I splurged on two tickets because I have always wanted to see him. Now, I feel completely let down and stupid for purchasing through this site. I just can’t believe it. I have to save for things like this, i.e. concerts. I don’t have money just to go to concerts all the time. I can’t even remember the last time I bought tickets for a concert. Like I said, I decided to splurge.
